McGettigan's Home Improvements..... I was previously a friend of this individual and got nothing but lies and and deceitful acts done by him. Ryan McGettigan of Fairless Hills, Pa in Bucks County has did all of the above. I had hired this individual to do work on numerous properties that I have owened in the past and so forth. Because, him being a former friend sometimes you look past issues that should of my right mind been addressed immediately. I had hired this individual Ryan on numerous occassions to do work. Not only did I pay him, but I had also bought all of the supplies and had paid him outrageous rates for shotty quality of work. Believe me when you hire him he will talk the game just like a used car salesman would. He will promise you everthng and anything from the moon and the stars as while in the meantime he will be robbing you blind. For example, I have a very good friend of mine whom is a public school teacher right here in Bucks County Pennsylvania.
My again "former" friens Ryan was in need of work so as any good friend would do , I got him the job. I have numerous credible witnesses as well as business owners of company's that have been around for decades. Ryan, had deceitfully taken $30,000 in cash from this teacher for the rehab of his investment property in Levittown, Pa here and all he got was the house taken apart and the contractor disappearing. In my opinion, I had told my teacher friend to file charges with the local District Attorneys Office but my friend had said he did not want to do so because he was threatened by Ryan and did not want harm coming to him or his family or any issues coming to his place of work because he is a school teacher. I had later rented Ryan and his family a house in Levittown, Pa as well. As always, I did not listen to my family members, they told me that he is a thief and a liar and I would end up hurt and in a financial mess at the end.... What do you know, They were right once again!!! I had rented Ryan and his family a house that we have and had made a deal with Ryan that he was to pay the bank every month the payment on the house. He was agreeable upon that plus, since I put him in there, I had did what NO landlord would ever do is cater to the tenants desires. I had put in there, stainless steel appliances, glasstop stoves, even let him change the wall tile backsplash in the kitchen because he did not like the color??? What was wrong with me falling for the con artist moves from him??? Well, after him living there for close to 4 years and he gained my trust on paying the mortgage every month, What happens next???? I get a foreclousre notice. After that I go and ask Ryan, "Hey buddy, Whats going on here?", ??Typical response from a thief or con artist is to try and throw you off track by side tracking the story. He had always gave me any and every excuse that he was paying and so on and that the bank was making the mistake, so I again gave him the benefit of the doubt. When all said and done and got everything situated out with the attorneys office in regards to my mortgage company, I found out that my mortgage has not in fact been paid in 9 months and has occuerd fees and all in regards to it.
