I odered a product called Spy Hunter from SafeCart.com over the internet for $39.99. When I received the receipt I noticed that I was charged not only for the Spy Hunter but I was charged $29.99 for another product called Reg Hunter that I did not order. I responded to the order receipt and told SafeCart that I did not order Reg Hunter and wanted a refund for the 29.99. They did not respond to my email. I sent a second email and I am currently waiting for a response. The practice of adding products to your oder that you did not request be illegal.

I had a bank account that was closed April 2, 2014, for which I did not open another, with the bank. On June 18, 2014, SafeCart, sent an email to me stating they had refunded a $250.00 and $150.00 payment, into the closed account.
On 3/31/15, I have spoken with Tamera, a SafeCart, rep, who has tried to convince me, they had sent the money and how it is the bank, who has not returned, the funds back to them. SafeCart has also stated they have put through their bank, a trace on the funds, still saying it is showing that no funds have been returned, from my bank.
As of today, I have yet to receive the refund of the $400.00, expected.
This company is also affiliated and/or does business with Advanced Tech Support. Do an online search for this company, to see they have been contacted recently by the Federal Trades Commission.
One should be leary of this fraudulent company!!!!
Anyone with a complaint, should also file one with the FEDERAL TRADES COMMISSION, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE OF YOUR STATE and THE INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER (IC3).
My report is regarding a company named Safecart in which I tried to obtain background information from for an individual that I let move into my home. He's a childhood friend that i've known for 35 yrs. but started hearing awful things about him. I want him out of my house but, without being able to prove he is lying about his past and that he is dangerous, I have to actually evict him and give him 30 days notice to seek alternative housing. Meanwhile, I am away working two jobs and he has full access to my home. Not sure what to do and i'm actually scared of him.
I let an old friend move in with me and tried to obtain background information on him using Safecart. They are continuing to bill me and i've never been able to access the site. None of my login information ever worked and I can't access the site in order to make them stop billing me.
For this reason, I believe this site is a scam and I guess in order for them to not be able to debit my bank account, i'm going to have to cancel my card and get a new one. What a hassle this is.
If there is anything anyone can do to help me it would be greatly appreciated. I've sent numerous messages to them on their website with no response
My computer locked up on me. A warning came up, and gave me a number to call to correct this. I called and the tech support employee told me that he could get into my computer and fix the problem over the phone. When he got into my computer, he told me that i needed to take it into a repair shop to be fixed, and it would have to be done in Detroit area. I told him that i couldn't go to Detroit, and he told me for 299.00 dollars he could fix it, and give me a lifetime security program for my computer. I told him that i couldn't afford that so he offerred a senior discount of $249.00. I told him i would take it, and he asked for my debit card number. I gave it to him, and he immediately took $249.00 from my account. He told me to leave my computer on for about 6 hours and he would take care of all my problems, and get me going again. Now i can't run my computer because the keyboard is not working properly. It doesn't type the letters right.
I bought some software from safe cart that was supposed to speed up my computer and remove unwanted files. Instead the software tried to take over my computer. I had to go to the manufacturer to get the junk removed. I have been unable to get in contact with safecart.
I'm not even sure how they came into my computer but they do the usual "cleaning" and then "reporting" things that need fixing. Next I am invited to purchase Safecart's cureall fixit. After declining several times I got charged for it anyway, for three times in as many weeks. They did it through Paypal and my Suntrust Bank acct. I have since cancelled Suntrust and am waiting upon Paypal response. Now that I see how Paypal can be manipulated, I am thinking of disposing of them as a tool. Any advice, anyone?
Needing what I thought, a quick fix on my computer and its sluggishness, I found this company on the web pages. Initially I spoke with someone who identified my problems and gave me an initial price of $29.95 just to identify my problems...when he advised me I had MAL WARE, he strongly suggested I get passed along to a technician who would for an outrageous price would take care of my computer and its problems. I went and forth, haggling about price...each time, he advised me he would be back on-line after talking with 'his supervisor' to get a reduction. Twice, we went through this process and finally was promised a life-time contract and immediate care for $350. to which I reluctantly agreed to. The PANDA program is a joke and did NOT do everything they promised it would take care of. To ad insult to injury I received my CAPITOL ONE bill at the end of the cycle (Aug. 8th..this year), and they placed charges of $244. and $300 respectively. Today, 26 Aug., I received a notification via my e-mail, they were now, because of a subscription service to which I DID NOT ask for nor was advised of, billing me for another $14.99. I WAS TAKEN FOR A FANCY RIDE AND HAVE YET TO SHAKE ALL OF THEIR OWN BUGS OFF OF ME. I strongly urge anyone who is remotely considering this company to STAY AWAY and BEWARE. Go to a person to person site i.e., BEST BUY and do your business with them instead. NEVER deal with someone you cannot see. I have learned a life long lesson and I am no kid. Hope this helps someone.

The software did more harm than good to my computer and I paid close to $700.00 for the service.
I have had to remove all of the so called needed software from my computer.
I had lost many important files whech cost me thousands of dollars.
Panda antivirus is garbage and not user friendly.Panda removes good files on it's own accord even if you set the antivirus to allow files through the Panda will update itself then delete your files.
Needless to say SafeCart was like throwing 700.00 out to them to desroy my computer even further than it was before I called safecart.
I would highly recommend that people stay away from safecart or speedy pc as they are all the same.
They will take money out of your accounts like thieves and then come up with goofy explantaions of why it happened..like we are only a part of the company and we have more than 300 subcontractors that we work with.
I will now need to watch all my accounts for the rest of my life because of safecart.

On Dec. 20, 2013 I was having problems with this extra toolbar and was searching the web for a way to uninstall it. I came across a website RegCurePro.com that offered to do a free scan on my computer. I went with it and allowed the scan. Upon completion of the scan it informs me that I have thousands of junk files and threats. The product they offered me was software to download for 39.99 that would remove the junkfiles and threats and allow my laptop to preform better and faster. The software never did this for my computer and consequently removed a file I needed to connect to my online college classes. I called them and spoke with a representative named Stewart. and he told me that the problem is my computer working too hard and that I needed to purchase another software that would now cost me 200.00 and 19.99 monthly. This was supposed to clean my computer and repair the problem (their software caused) twice a year. I got irrate and explained that I did not have problems connecting to my online classroom until I downloaded their software. He placed me on hold and went to speak with his manager, Sydney. When he came back to the line he said he now had authorization from Sydney to reduce the price to 125.00 and 19.99 a month to fix the problem. I further explained to him that the problem was caused by their product. I think he felt sorry for me getting burned so he told me how to restore my computer to a past date. So that is what I did. I plan to call them to get my 39.99 back because their software never did anything for me except for mess up my online classroom capabilities.
I feel so dumb for doing this and will never be so nieve to do it again. And to think, all I wanted was for that stupid toolbar to go away.

I noticed that there were automatic checks in other internet services and when I tried to uncheck them the screen dissappeared. I then tried to use Spybot but found it was still requesting payment so had not gone through to charge me. When I checked my bank I found that 2 other companies, SAFECART.COM*SPYHUNTER and SOFTWARE PROS had charged their programs. SAFECART.COM*SPYHUNTER HAD CHARGET $78.90 and SOFTWARE PROS had charged $39.90. I HAD NOT ORDERED EITHER OF THESE PROGRAMS. I did not even know who they were or what they did. I am going to report them as internet fraud to the Attorney General of this State. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED!!!!
I had virus on my computer that McAfee could not get rid of. I found Advance Tech Help on th internet. They had me purchase a program that was so, so, so much better then McAfee or Norton called Panda. They took control of my computer and got rid of the virus.
What my problem was I thought the $399.00 price for Panda Software was pricey but if it kept my computer virus free and I was told it was a life time coverage with update free. When I received my statement on my card the Safecart price was $714.99. I was ripped off and want some of this money returned.
I went to play a game on my brand new comptuer not even three hours after purchase. It was a game that was already downloaded onto the computer. Upon opening the game I received a Pop-Up stating that I had drivers out of date. Curious since i just purchased the Computer I accepted the system check. Was told out of 42 drivers 13 were out of date. For $39.95 i could download for Safe-Cart a driver updater. A little reluckant to purchase I did anyways because I wanted something that was up to date. After the download i called the customer support line just to make sure I had done everything right. The gentleman accessed onto my computer stating that I had the drivers out of date and since i hadn't purchased a anti-virus yet tried to give me a sales pitch on Panda anti-virus for $499. After i told him for the fourth time i wouldn't purchase the Antii-virus he hung up on me.
Upon completing "all" the updates i discovered that I had downloaded a virus. One that was locking up a brand new computer. One that when I tried to get onto my Online Classes i was blocked from their server because i had a virus. I had to go back to the store from where i purchased my computer to exchange and buy a New one.
I have tried to contact the customer service that i spoke to the night i downloaded the program and was told they don't handle the refunds that i have to go to another site. Went to go to the site they provided and it wasn't even a valid domain site. So i looked up my billing statement and found the charge to Safe-Cart. I tried to call them but they had closed early. Still waiting to hear a response in which I'm dying to hear what they have to say about their downloads.
They tell you to call to activate your product, that just leads into a sales pitch for the upgrade of the product which is $250. THey go through your computer and make you think they know what they are doing and show you things that are supposedly wrong with your system. My computer is new and I know 90% of the problems they found are not ligitimate because they are problems that were not connected to a program on my computer. RIPOFF company....... I requested a refund and was told I would get that in 15 days, WHen you check the Better Business Bureau website and look at the number of complaints it says alot about the company. They may be accredited but that doesn't mean anything.

Fradulent credit card charge. Never heard of them and have no known connection. The purchase shown on their site is fraudulent.
