I purchased a Dewey motor bicycle online April 25 2015. The picee was $672.00 plus $150.00 shipping plus $45.00 tax. I asked the salesman if it comes shipped fully assembled. He said it comes delivered in a crate assembled. The bicycle was not fully assembled and I cannot assemble the gas tank or the gas line to the carburetor. They did not send instructions and have not responded to my request. I will refer to the Better Business Burea as I have done with other scams I've been riped off by. This company is not reputable. They tell me good luck buddy.

Crooked, dishonest, and deceitful company

I ordered a fiber optic Christmas tree on 12/27/13. I received a call on 1/2/14 to inform me that the tree was out of stock and given the option to cancel the order or wait until the tree came back into stock sometime in the middle of November of this year. This tree was the same one I had previously owned and Safer Wholesale was the only place I could find it so I was happy to wait as long as I got my tree. When I had not heard from them by the middle of November I called and was told the trees had come in and they were just waiting for them to be sorted out and would then send me a tracking number. About a week later I get another call informing me that the longshoremen or someone had gone on strike and Safer Wholesale could not get the products off of the boat but they did have one that was shorter than the one I ordered and would I be willing to take that. I specifically asked if it was the same style of tree I had originally purchased just shorter and was told yes it was, so I accepted the shorter tree because by now it was already December and I needed a tree. The tree arrived in about 2 days and I waited until I got home the following day to open the box and could immediately tell by the stand that this was not the tree I ordered but one that I had the year before and was so disgusted with that when I took it down I told me husband to take it outside and burn it. I immediately called SW and was told to call back Monday and speak to customer service but they would get it straightened out before Christmas. I called customer service and was told to take pictures of the box and e-mail them to Customer Service so they could start the process to correct the problem. I did exactly as I was told and received a response a couple of days later that all of the trees they have this year have the same stand as the one I was sent and they didn't know what more they could do for me yet the tree that I originally ordered is still being offered for sale on their website. After several more e-mails, because when you call they tell you that everything has to be handled through e-mail, they have refused to allow me to return the tree or to refund my money because this is not their normal practice. I am going to pay for the shipping and return the tree to them rather they like it or not and I guess just chalk this up as a learning experience. I will never do business with this company again and I warn everyone DO NOT do business with this company. They ask on their website for people to like them on Facebook, I suggest that anyone who does have a FB page to go in and post about the deceitful practices of this company.

PLEASE,PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING ON-LINE.!!!

AND NEVER,NERVER BUY FROM A STORE ON-LINE OR NOT IF THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY, UNLESS YOUR A IDIOT THAT LIKES TO WAST MONEY.!!!!!!

On Marchder a Tiger Trike ( which is really an Ice Bear motorcycle). I was told 4 to 6 weeks to deliveryWhen May came and no motorcycle was delivered I contacted the company (which can only be done by email to cutomer service) I was sent to backorders who gave me one excuse after another of why it was not here. I contacted the Better Business Bureau after I request a refund which Saferwholesale does not allow. Of course Saferwholesale did not respond tothe BBB email concerning my dispute with them. Finally, I sent a certified letter to Gary Briden the CEO complaining bitterly about his company and their treatment of me. He did not have the courtesy to contact me personally. He had backorder contact me again and fortunately Dan called me and kept me in the loop from the middle of July until Aug 1st when my Triger Trike finally arrived.

On August 6th I notified cusotmer service the wind guard was broken in shippment.

I also notified the shipping company. A UPS tracking number was issued by customer service but as of this date it has not been used to ship me a new wind guard. I have emailed customer service a number of times with no responce. I have emailed support and have not received any responce from them as well.

I would not recommend this comapny to anyone.

I will know be writing to the Govenor of Illinois complaining about this comapny.
