Wrote Contract to Lease and submitted on Friday, followed up with a phone call, could not reach anyone. Called Agency on Saturday, could not get through, all VM boxes were full, unable to leave a message. Called other #'s given in VM to try and reach someone but still did not get through, kept calling and finally reached someone that said they 'didn't work on Saturdays'... depsite the fact that the agency VM states that they are open from 10am - 2pm on Saturdays. I explained that there was a water leak in the kitchen from the fridge (probably due to power being off) and that they needed to have somene look at it before it became a real problem.. to which they just said 'thank you' and when I asked if there was a way that the listing agent could take a look at the offer I submitted, I was reminded that they don't work on Saturdays. Time is of the essence for my client, and most Brokers/Agents that have active listings, understand that they may have to 'work' on Sat or Sun. My clients are very anxious to get an answer so that they can plan accordingly.. I just feel that their lack of availability and accessability along with the fact that they have less than 'glowing reviews' online, lends one to believe that they are not worthy of a real estate license, business or brokerage. After this ordeal, I will direct my clients elsewhere and will avoid doing any kind of business with this company.
