I ordered a sample of an essential oil combination they advertised and paid a minimum fee of $4.95, I believe. After receiving the oil, I noticed that they made a withdrawal from my checking account of $69.95. I ordered nothing more and there was no reason for withdrawing this amount.
Ordered sample bottle of their immunity health oil. Charged $69.95 a month later on card I used for the sample. Trying to contact via phone & email, no response.

When I realized what they did, I called them up & they stated that the item already been shipped. That I'd have to wait until I recieved it and to either called them back for a tracking # or just refuse the item.
I refused the item, and expected refund. I waited and no refund was recieved. I then called them back on June 30th only to be told I didn't follow procedure and they would not refund my money!

However, my credit card was also automatically set up for $69.95 withdrawal every month. I was on the phone for 20 min and was not connected to the CS. The email address is not secure and a notice when accessing it advises that this company may access files on my computer.
I ordered a FREE sample of their product and paid a $4.95 shipping/handling fee. I read everything on their web-site about ordering before the purchase, and, the billing never said anything about being sent more product automatically. I would of backed out of the free sample immediately.
Two weeks after the free order, Salishealth.com showed up on my Visa for $69.95. Since I did not order this product, NOR, was I sent any form of communication about it, I consider this fraudulent. I cancelled my credit card number and have to wait the week to receive the new charge card,which is a real pain.
I also sent Salis Health a letter telling them I didn't appreciate their fraudulent use of my credit card.
They sent me an email telling me they will credit me for the product. However, they expect me to send it back to them AT MY EXPENSE, which I will not do. They want it back, they can issue a repaid shipping label.
This product is a scam - for the price it is a rip-off and obviously they are TARGETING people by offering the sample, then ripping off the credit card number to send their product without asking.
