This store sold me a fake Chi flat iron that did not even work! While trying to return it they figured there was nothing they could do for me because I must have been to blame right? So inredibly sad and disgusting. I know people do this sort of thing but I am an honest customer who frequents this shop and they offered me absolutely nothing.
They would never sale a fake Chi..well they surely did.. to me! I am out a hundred dollars and this was my first time ever getting a Chi, I was quite excited but sadly that was short lived. I am sure someone is having fun with that $100 because they did not supply the item. They got my money for nothing. It's such a shame really they won't be getting my business anymore and I will be sure to let all my friends and family know how they treated me.
This may be a rare case but to know they will not do anything for the customer they wronged should ward off any potential customers in my opinion. Somewhere along the line someone was not doing their job or decided they just needed a nice flat iron so they switched it! I have no respect for these people at all. If they actually would have done their job and checked the boxes right off the truck like they claim this would not have happened so I know they are either lying or there is a theif in there somewhere.
They can argue with me all day long but I know what I paid for and what I actually recieved! I have never stolen a thing in my life and actually pay for things that I want.. look where it has gotten me! I hope this business goes downhill because I just cannot wish one well who does this to their customers. It really does make me sad, like I said I used to go here for everything! I do NOT recommend them anymore. Ulta is a much nicer place to go and well worth a lil more driving any day!
