On January, 17, 2015 i bought a car 2011 Infinity online from http://www.salvageworld.net/ for $6,654. They had me sent them the money through Chase bank. They stated that they'll ship the car to us. Its been nearly six month now. NO CAR NO MONEY. I called them so many times each time i called them they'll tell me a different story. At the end they said nothing they can do about it.

Don't ever give this company your hard earned money because you'll never get it back. I've been trying to get back my $1,000 deposit for a year to no avail. Even if you able to win an auction there fees are ridiculouS. Your better off going to a dealer for the same car it's cheaper. Rocco ctherock33@ msn.com

Haven,t heard about your organization in assisting consumer to fight for his right, i am motivated that i will fullfilled talking about fraudulent practice by Salvage world limited who after collecting my monies for cars refused to deliver and to refund my monies.

I have purchase cars from Salvage world limited and from begining she decided to add USD150 to my initial deposit of USD500 into salvage world account as bonus bringing the total security deposit in my account to USD650.

I decided to choose my first car for purchase (2003 Ford Explorer) with BUY NOW TITLE from salvage world and I was told by Mr. Jack Freed (salvage world rep)that I would need to transfer the balance to Salvage world account as the Car were already put on hold for me since I have security deposit of USD650 with salvage world.

I within 24hrs transferred the balance to salvage world account to secured the car and was told after they acknowledged my money that they would need to process the title document before shipment which to Jack Freed is within five days.

My Friend at the place of work MR. Niyi Ajisemola now develop interest in the purchase of 2009 Acura TL and 2005 BMW series 3 model so as to ship the three cars altogether and the cars was negotiated at USD8000 (BMW=USD3000AND Acura=USD5000) and Jack agreed that the three cars can be processed to ship together and I also immediately transfer the money to salvage world account which took them more than three weeks before they could confirm receipt of the money.

MR. Jack latter informed me that the documents would be ready by 5th January 2015, Mr. Jack Freed since went underground after the payments and refused to talk to me both on phone and email for more than two weeks till Mr. Dennis Rosenthal now picked my call and informed me that Jack is no longer in their company and that he is now the man in charge of my account with salvage world, and he promised to quickly resolve the matter.

He also became silence for four days and latter informed me that those cars have been sold and that I should choose other cars for replacement of which I disclosed to Mr. Dennis Rosenthal that I would appreciate refunds because I have been treated badly and that we are expecting policy change in import tariff on imported vehicles from January ending 2015 which would make us to pay doubled of the expected importation cost.

However, He promised that he would meet up and has chosen to become silent, when he decided to reply my mail he would ask me to choose other cars and four times I have complied without any positive outcome.

I also asked him to recommend cars for replacement and he decided to send me list of cars that are five times higher than the cost of the invoice for the previous cars purchased, I have been requesting for refunds and he told me he is not working in that department and I ask him to direct me to someone in that department that can help expedite action he never agreed to do so and are now remain silent.

I Have posted mail to refunds department with no acknowledgment and various phone lines to contact Mr. Dennis Rosenthal is no longer valid/active as I suspected that my mobile numbers has been barred from calling Dennis Rosenthal, he cares not to reply my mail anymore.

Here are the phone numbers: 9547167985, 9547364768, 18885292655 at the time of transactions which is currently not active.

I am already frustrated at this point and decided to escalate the matter to relevant Authorities in the United State hoping that justice would prevail through your esteem office.

I would appreciate your assistance to use your good office to persuade salvage world to refund my monies as I do not want to buy any cars again

Do not hesitate to contact me should you require further details that would facility speedy action on this matter.

Also remember that i am in the know of other customer who have suffered the same injuries as a result of this fraudulent business practices by slavage world limited.

Thanks and Best regards.

I purchased a 2004 toyota 4runner from Salvageworldcars.net aka insurance Auction USA INC for $6,250 on 09/16/14. 45 days later I was told the vehicle has been resold but will have my vehicle replaced. It's been five months now and I have not been able to speak with any sales manager from the day of my purchased. Every sales manager is unavailable when I call. I have asked for my refund of $6,250 us dollars, I was given an address located in Wilmington Delaware to put my request in writing. And twice I have mailed my written refund request with the poster service unable to deliver mail and returned back to me. I have made numerous calls to salvageworldcars with the support persons telling me they do not have any address of were I can mail my request. I have been told that the support persons don't have phone numbers to the upper management but can only send an email. As of now the police cannot help me, filed a report with BBB, IC3.gov, Florida agriculture department of consumer services no help at all. Helpless indeed!!!!

Here is some information to potentially help all of you out regarding GSA Auctions LLC or Insurance Auctions, LLC as they recently changed their company name in 2014. The company operates a website called Salvageworld.net in an attempt to broker insurance auction vehicles, though I doubt they do a lot of it. I've seen a ton of these complaints on the internet and they aren't a coincifence. It's impossiblue that so many people are saying their money isn't being returned, similar patterns of poor business etiquette on behalf of the company, poor customer service, etc.

The company can't rebut and say that people are creating these reports falsely or immaculately because I've studied most of them carefully along with the company's purported policies. (both via email and on their website) Most of this company's rebuttals state that a consumer needs to pay a few in order to bid, which is completely FALSE. They also claim that there are re-listing fees, which I doubt are true since most of the vehicles being bid on are also being bid on by a number of others at the actual auction lots and other online aggregators. One can only assume that they have ripped off hundreds if not thousands of individuals $500 deposits.

Salvage Worlds refund policy states that refunds are processed within 30 days while their FAQ page states 5-7 days, please see the attached screenshots or links for your reference.

FAQ Page: http://www.salvageworld.net/faq.php#16

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

My Experience with GSA Auctions

Similar to a few othera out there I was supposed to procure an automobile through the company, and they couldn't deliver the vehicle to me for whatever reason. I requested my money back immediately, and was told it would take 30 days. No refund has been issued to date, no one from the company has called me back, they refuse to answer questions on the phone, and so far have made no attempt to return this almost $6,000 they owe. I've already initiated multiple fraud requests through my bank and theirs at Wells Fargo. Im filing claims in court against all parties and will most likely have a levy issued against their assets and bank accounts. Additionally might involve the law enforcement for potential fraud prosecution.
