She completely bankrupted an elderly couples company by stealing inventory, using company credit cards, and opening accounts under the shops name.
FRAUD
Samantha Jane Ashby has a history of working for a small business and having merchandise delivered to her home and installed as if she was the client. She was able to access store clientelle for sidework, and conned people out of professional fees for servieces that she was unqualified for.
Taking in money, and stealing the companies product as well. Later, the home she lived in was "mysteriously" burned to the ground - destroying all evidedence of her embezzelment.
Previously convicted of welfare fraud & bankruptcy in addion.
PRISON SENTENCE
Samantha Jane Foyen recently was sentenced to a prision sentanece for these crimes, as well as identity theft where she had opened up credit cards under another persons name. She was able to serve only a 1/3 of the time she was sentenced to. At her court case even her parents attended to testify against her. Seeminly able to charm even our most rigid systems, she has been released. And, has now managed to marry a man in Yakima Washington - now changing her identity to Mrs. Samantha Montgomery.
PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Samantha Jane Montgomery was able to engage money for a wedding, but not pay restitution back to the companies and individuals that she has stollen from. Using her history of substance abuse and her tragic tales, she easily gains sympathy and support from good natured people who want to help her get back on her feet.

She is not to be using alcohol at all but drinks heavily every day and cleans up a few days before seeing her officer so she can pass a UA.
Samantha only belongs one place and sadly instead she is out hurting and ruining more people's lives.
