After ordering hair on Sep.27 , I changed my mind on the hair due to numerous reasons so I asked to be refunded sep.29 they told me they will refund my money but it will take 3-5 business days so I said okay. After 7 says and still no money back I then became very annoyed and worried so I emailed them October 6 and didn't get a reply UNTILL October 8th I messaged them about 30 times back to back because I felt like I was being ignored. When they replied it was very mean and with much attitude. So October 8th I told them that I need my money because it's way overdue they told me it will take 3-5 business days YET AGAIN. Lord knows why. Long story short it is OCTOBER 13th and I still haven't recieved my full refund of 390$ . I am here to notify others about my experience with samayah milan boutique ,not to stop their business.
