Scott Fitzsimmons came to our place of business inquiring about doing some work for him. He proceeded to ask us about our signage. He asked if we would be interested in an LED sign. We set up an appointment for him to show my husband and I a display model to see if we would be interested.
The next week he returned with a sample LED sign and showed us all of the features. We decided to purchase an 8 foot sign for our business. We put $1500 down and agreed to pay the remainder upon delivery. He stated that we would have our sing in about 6 weeks.
January 2014:
No sign. No calls from Mr. Fitzsimmons. We attempted to call him on the numbers provided and left messages. He did call back and stated that there was a delay in production and that it would be a few more weeks.
March 2014:
No sign. We called again. Still no answer at any of the phone numbers. Messages left every couple of days. Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Received reponse that they could not reach the business or it appears to be out of business so it could not be pursued.
Scott called back a few days later saying that he was still waiting for a part from China, but part of it was done and he would have one of his guys deliver it.
May 2014:
No sign or and word from them. Phone calls made again. No return calls.
