DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

First- When we moved in to the house we rented from them it was infested with hornets and stink bugs. They were literally falling out of the ceilings alive causing many sleepless nights. We paid for an exterminator which did nothing for the problem and SPM did absolutely nothing for us. They clearly had to have known about this issue before we moved in based on the fact that there were tons of dead hornets on the ground everywhere in the house.

Second- The house was very dirty. BBQ sauce on everything in the kitchen and every shelf had to be wiped down before anything could be put away. There were dead bugs everywhere that had to be vacuumed up (clearly because of the first issue).

Third- We soon realized there was a gross smell in the downstairs bathroom. Sometimes it would go away but by the middle of our lease it was so bad we couldn't even use the bathroom anymore with out gagging. We called SPM and it took them weeks to send out someone to check the septic. That was not the issue and it then took them several more weeks to send out someone to check the vent, also not the issue. A few more weeks and they sent out a plumber who came out on several occasions and eventually just decided there was nothing wrong and that we would just have to live with the smell. We told SPM that we were not going to live with the smell paying their outrageous rent prices and only having access to one bathroom that was in our room. They did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US.

They continued to lie and say they had to speak to the owner who they couldn't get a hold of. We went in to their office several times wasting many ours trying to find a resolution and in the end they did nothing to compensate. They never called us back and were horrible to deal with. The people in the office either have absolutely no idea what planet they live on or just act dumb to avoid resolving serious issues that their tenants have.

In the end it took them over a month to give us our deposit back and they charged us for everything under the sun, including filters for the fridge's water system. They charged us to reinstall a blind that was in the basement WHEN WE MOVED IN.

I would strongly suggest reconsidering before you rent from this crooked company. You will regret being stuck in a year+ lease with them. I have never lived in any place where I had to contact my landlord for so many things being wrong, let alone had a land lord who did absolutely nothing when their were issues. They do not care about the home owner or the tenant all they want is money.
