Scott Murphy contacted my firm to help find opportunites in the Florida market. Scott was looking for senior leadership positions in retail environments in Florida. We agreed to help him market himself into decision makers at targeted companies. We developed direct contact data to the decision makers as agreed. This was diclosed as a search that would not happen overnight. It will take time due to the level. Scott began to become impatient and irrate with my staff. In fact he threatened to visit my home with his buddies to pay me a visit.
Scott Murphy is now on a campaign to slander me. We have a very defined contract. (I am not certain that Scott actually ever read the contract). He engaged my firm and we did what the contract stated. Scott discontinued his search with us after the threats.
