We mailed a MacPro, belonging to an 81 year old friend of ours, to this company several months ago, along with payment for a new motherboard. Shaunt called and said he needed an additional $115.00 for a keyboard and trackpad, which we paid via PayPal. He said he shipped it back, but never returned calls to give us a tracking number, and the machine was never received.
We have called and left messages everyday for the past two weeks - even tried calling from different numbers. Oddly enough, our friend's checking account was hacked into recently . . . coincidence?
This lady has no funds to replace this computer that Shaunt STOLE. This is deplorable.
They advertise on eBay to repair smartphones. Service is $25 and you mail in your phone. In February 25, 2014, I sent my Galaxy S3 for repair because the mic was bad. They called me, said it was going to be fixed. A month passed and I sent an email and they responded it was to take longer because it was not the mic, it was something more complicated. Well, I called many times, I left many messages, sent many e-mails. They never answer.These guys kept my Galaxy S3. Shame on eBay for letting them advertise there. I Opened a case with eBay, I got my $25 back but no phone. I lost my phone which was functional and working. I am desperate, I called eBay to repor this scammers. Their feedback is mostly positive but there are other persons complaining. One person never got his Galaxy phone back. Another person never got his expensive Mac pro back.
