Scriptapalooza.com is a scam!!! Pure and SIMPLE!! First of all I am a screenwriter who sent in my script for coverage at Scriptapalooza.com and I was'nt expecting much for the fee they charged. All I wanted was what they promised which was to have my script analyzed and looked at by profesionals and if they liked it they would then deliver it to producers who are interested in my material or my basic premise....
let me tell you....it took way longer than they promised .... (12 DAYS LONGER!!!!) and the notes i got back from are shabby and weak. There is nothing I can use here.And good LUCK trying to get some one on the phone because NO BODY IS HOME.
If they're are so good at understanding screenwriting then WHY do I have to EXPLAIN that my main character IS NOT A STAND UP COMIC but is only IMAGINING HE IS ONE??? Seriously i had FIVE PARAGRAPHS OF NOTES ABOUT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER. It is perfectly clear on the page poeple!!!! READ THE SCRIPT!!! Hello??? Anybody ever seen WALTER MITTY??? IT IS IN HIS HEAD so don't tell me it is not working and then chanrge me big bucks with false promises.Need less to say i will not be coming back nor will they be "passing on my script to their producer pals".... Do not repeat do not use scriptapalooza... they are a sham and a scam and nobody knows what they aren doing.
