Didn't disclose that I my credit card would be charged monthly
I contacted Sear 4 Lost Cash in July. I paid the initial fee of $44.95, however, I wasn't told that my credit card would be billed monthly for this service. I called today, August 7, 2020, cancelling any further transactions. Please do not use this service, still had to quite a lot of paper work myself, this company helped none!
One result almost a year and was less money then what I paid to have the search. I did not agree to continue the search, but I let it continue. I would like to cancel my account. Please cancel. or I will have the bank "stop payment".
I signed up for this companies services in April 2015. I was informed that there was possible matches for unclaimed money. I paid the small fee of $29.95 to have this company to do the leg work for me. I was informed that if I was not happy with their service there is a 30-day money back guarantee. A small portion of that fee was non-refundable ($4.95) as this was used to obtain forms, postage and other means of getting my claim forms to me. There were offers from this company's marketing partners for other services such as travel discounts and a VIP service. I was not interested in these and simply stated "no" during the legal verification process. I have received all of my unclaimed funds owed to me which took about 60 days. This is no way a scam. I believe when a company does what they state they do, they should receive a good rating. I think that people think this is a scam because they do not actively listen to the agent on the phone or through the legal verification process. I attempted to obtain the funds owed to me on my own, but all the Government did was give me the run around. This company specializes in what they do. Not everyone has funds owed to them and many cannot claim the funds without the proper documentation. I have called the customer service numbers and have never had a problem getting through to anyone. I have recommended this service to many of my friends.
The unclaimed funds company from las vegas Nevada told me they had information on my unclaimed money and ended up giving me nothing but debited my bank account for $24.90 when telling me i had a free trial and i havent heard anything else from them an upon trying to cancel so they will not keep trying to debit my bank account they try to keep misleading me and not let me cancel so they can continue to steal my money. I need my money back something needs to be done by this. on my bank statement the number reads 877-426-8370. Kamela Nichols

This company made withdrawals to my account without my authorization. I need my money back.
