It doesn't pay to be honest here. I went to the store bought a part for my dryer. With the employee telling me if this is not the right part or it doesn't work I can bring it back. Got home put it found out it was the wrong part, I needed two fuses. So went back got the two fuses. Installed them in the dryer works fine. Tried to bring back the other part. And because I put it into my dryer did not turn, did not use it, I cannot return it now. Because I put it into the machine. So I called Sears and told the customer service about this. They told me to call them back and ask what's the difference of me returning it for my refund or return it as a defective product. So I called them back and they said it's not a defective product. So because I didn't come in there and lie about it not working I don't get my money back. All because I installed it never turned it on, and then in-installed it to try to take it back. Now I don't get my money back. So I advise everyone to use the online service of Sears or a different store than the store on St. Johns Bluff in Jacksonville Florida.
