1st off.. Made Huge Mistake of m oving to Renaissance Apts. in Norman, OK for 2 yrs, where a completely worthless manager in Jenni Grissom who was/is managing.. 40K car vandalized on at least 3 occasions with no protection, action whatsoever, they (Renaissance) also will and do lie to renters on renting car garages, as they flood, of course, they will not tell you this when taking your $$$.. Trusted this c**p complex in renting washer and dryer from Select Laundry.. Nothing but problems! They complaint number is in Georgia and we R in Norman, OK.. Anyway, numerous issues with appliances quitting, malfunctioning, etc.. They send out a person, could be days or a week, they say fixed, but not fixed and quit same day or not fixted to start with, and you may wait severasl days or a week or so, yet again! Do Not Rent From This Trash Excuse for company, either one listed above.. Buyer OR Renters Beware.
