Senior Sales Inc. Reviews

Do not ever contract with this company for any reason! We invested over $600 on a pre set appointment campaign. These appointments were not at all qualified and the customer did not agree to see anyone.

This company is such a scam that when you call to speak with someone regarding the marketing campaign they go into the whole disertation about signing the contract and not reading this contract. Bella Thorn is the worst offender. I am really not sure how she can even sleep at night. She claims to be the highest level person in the company, which is such a lie. She is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Forget about the customer being right. This company is one worst companies I have ever worked with. big scam. Stay away!

Senior Sales represents itself as a lead generator and appointment setter. Their appointments are set by callers who make no mention of the service being provided, and the consumer is heard on a recording that they understand that an appointment is being set. However, upon arrival at the consumer's residences, they always vehemently say they did not set an appointment--it happens every time. The recordings sound like they have been edited and Senior Sales claim they did their part.

DO NOT order leads or appointments from this company. As good as it might sound having an appointment set for you, do not fall victim to their claim that agents have a 50-80% closing ratio using their system. It is all bogus--the appointments for a Final Expense agent are set by a caller using a script that could be setting an appointment for Medicare sales. In any case, the consumer does not have any recollection of making an appointment and Senior Sales is claiming that the calls are made the evening before. The tip off is that the first order of leads/appts is to be paid by check and they will not process the order until the check (a paper check mailed to them), clears.

I research this company on-line and they have a store front and will answer your calls / emails and return calls in the beginning.

I went thru a series of questions such as:

1) What is your physical location

2) How long have you been in business as a corporation

3)How many employees work there

4) Are the appointments locally set or set from overseas

5) NO SHOW policy

6) REFUND policy

etc, etc, etc. Bella Thorne spent 45 minutes with me on the phone.

NOW - I set my days and times and I am excited to say the least. But when its too good to be true - IT IS.

Day 1 - No appointments show, Day 2 - No APpointments show. Day 3 - 2 APpointments.

I run out to the appointments. First lady - I told them I was not interested in an appointment. They refused to listen and just kept talking and I couldn't even understand them - Its sounded like they were from China or something.

2nd Appointment - The guy comes out in the drive way \when I pull up. He asks what I am doing here. I told him I am here for the 10AM appoitment - He tells me, I told them I'm not interested and hung up on them, now you need to leave before I call the police.............No Kidding.

I have been licesned since 1993 and used appointment setting for about 4 years now. I have always hired my own staff and they have worked out of my office or thru me and dealing with me daily. I have never been addressed like I have been before. Bottom line, they set 7 appointments for me, they went from nobody home - to what i listed above. It got to the point that I just wanted to see what these people would tell me when I showed up.

Bella Thorne lied to me about everything, from return policy, to no show policy, to having a physical office. The office listed above and on the website doesn't exist. I found this out after. And guess what, they won't answer my call, return my call or my email.

LAST- She will ask you to deposit a check in her business acct the first time. I thought this was totlly odd, but I agreed. NOW I KNOW WHY - if you pay via credit card you can dispute the charge - the DEPOSIT you can - you lost your money.

SO THEY TOTALLY KNOW HOW TO SCAM YOU> DON'T USE THIS COMPANY - TOTAL RIP OFF

I contacted the company and started with Bella Thorne, I discussed at length, what I was looking for regarding preset appointments for Final Expense in Palm Beach County, Florida. I asked her many questions regarding how pre-screened appointments were being made, and by whom, if the appointment setters are from within the USA or outside like India. She assured me that they have over 16 years of business providing insurance agents with only the highest quality of lead and appointment setting services. She assured me that prospects were carefully pre-screened for health issues, income and having an interest in meeting with a qualified licensed agent from their community. The cost was $34.00 per preset appointment with a minimum order size of 20 for a total of $680.00. Well after getting my money I discovered no one answers the phone. I started to receive preset appointments that were honestly terrible and certainly not worth $34.00 each. The appointments were worthless, I requested for the audio records for the appointment setter and discovered the individual is from India and always asked the prospect if the acquired information within the last two weeks and if they've read it. I have questioned them about what information they were sending, and found out that no information was ever provided by them prior to calling the prospect. The screening and interest building questions were non-existant and the few questions they asked were worthless and I wouldn't consider any of the screening questions of any real value towards making a real potential appointment. I have asked them repeatedly to replace all of their worthless appointments and correct their serious problems with worthless appointments, but all I get is lip service and only by email when I really bug them! The extra work and aggravation with dealing with this low life company is not worth it especially when they have no intentions of providing what they claim to do on their website. Go to their website and all you will see is there hype and fluff about how good they are, BUT don't fall for it like I did, they're not worth spit or even 2 cents. Now hopefully as a last resort Arbitration can help me which will cost me hundreds of dollars and many hours of work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP LOW LIFE bunch of scam artists!!! They also required to be paid by Certified check or MO for their first payment to process your first order, DON"T DO IT!!!

The address listed is nothing more than a drop box. The address is a UPS office. They will only take checks for the 1st transaction because by the time they cash it and you get to learn every appointment is a fake you cannot get your cash back.

They pay a person to make a phone call and no matter what they tell the person on the phone you get a appointment notice to go out there. Then when you challenge the appointment they will only send you the audio for the ones they can prove they did say yes.

The agreement you singe give them total right to deny the claim based on the customer changing their mine at the time you knock on the door. This is how they deny your claim. So here are the steps.

You go out there and are told they did not ask you to come out there.

You file the report to challenge the claim and send it to them.

Then they 1) never respond 2) tell you the person changed their mind at the door. And so your claim is denied.

This is not what you are told on the phone with Bella. She told me they would replace every lead id turned away at the door

You don’t get the agreement till after you send in the check. I was on the phone almost every day trying to work with Bella. in the end they never returned a phone call and if you got lucky you got through to somebody by the general number and did not use a extension.

This company, senior-sales.com out of Texas, has a posted section on their website claiming that their service will increase sales revenues Guaranteed. They claim a 50-70% closing ratio. Do Not Believe This!!! I have never had a company offer worse appointments or leads. Every person I went to see told me they had expressed several times to the appointment setter that they wanted notheing to do with any insurance and in many cases didn't even know I was coming out.

This company charges 29.00 per appointment and demands a cashiers check or money order for the first set of leads, 20 minimum. This allows you, the client, no recourse to get your money back once you realize how awful this companies leads are. In addition, once you have complaints, good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or your emails.

I encourage anyone looking into purchasing leads to use any other company besides this one.

I have dealt with some pretty bad lead companies in the past but this is far the worst.

No one to talk to other then one person who picks up the phone, tells you she'll call you back and never does.

the company is senior-sales. they sell reverse mortgage leads. they have another 3-4 companies that they operate under but its all the same call center.

stay away from these crookes.

i ordered 15 appointment leads at $86 per lead.

1st appt - senile lady who had no idea why i was there.

nest 5 appts were all non home owners.

i will be taking them to small claims court but wanted to start here to make people aware of what kind of cooks these people really are.

I purchase 20 leads they were supposed to be set appointments for 680.00$. So far i have received 6 of those appointments , of those 6 appointments not one agreed to it. everyone of them told me , they told the telemarketer No!!! Well to these people no means yes, so i wasted so far 40.00 in gas driving around to these bogus appointments. 6 out of 6 so far and they say these are verified, yeah sure it is. I verified it when i went to these homes and was shocked by the reaction of the people who adamantly told me they said they were not interested in any appointment. I hope this saves any other agent or hard working person from wasting your money on these bogus leads. And when you tell them there bogus theyll tell you that agents lie. And theyll check it out. And theyll replace them with more bogus leads so you can waste more time and gas. They have no form of customer service. And if you are smarter than me youll throw your money in the Trash before you give it to them, that will save you the hassle and the gas to run there bogus leads. Do yourself a favor and dont walk run away from this company as fast as you can. You will lose your money faster than you can say" is that a real appointment". Good luck to you people looking for a legitimate leads hopefully you'll try another company because you wont get them here!!!!!!!
