I bought a Serta mattress several years back and have had trouble with it as far as an internal dip in the mattress on one side. You can’t move out of the dip without laying almost on your side. We contacted Serta and they had a person come by and take measurements on the mattress that was only on the top area of the mattress not the internal area. Anyone that lays down the mattress can feel how this mattress has collapsed internally. The person that came by only laid a metal ruler across the mattress and took pictures.
I can go out in the back yard dig a hole lay foam over it and lay a metal ruler on it and it will look flat but lay down on it and you will fall in the hole. That is what Serta has pulled---a rip off. That is their way of getting around the warranty on the mattress. I paid almost $3,000 for this mattress and Serta will not stand behind their product. Serta says the measurements on the mattress looking at pictures was within limits. They have a bad product and they know it, it’s their way of getting around covering the warranty. What a rip off.
