about 12 years ago. This year I paid $720 for 2014. I called them only a few times in the last 12 years. Now my AC is not working. The technician said he will not repair, but it has to be replaced. Called the company Manager. He said they will replace the AC, but I have to pay all the cost minus $750. What a deal. All these years they got my money. When it came to the time for some expense, they will not do it. Horrible company. Stay away from it. I cancelled the contract right a way.
Showed up 3 hours late. Couldn't fix the problem still charged me the copay, but waited 9 months to send the bill and then threatened to put me in collection. Stay away.
