I called this company to cancel an order I had made, told the woman on the phone to cancel my order and I did not want it. After I hung up the phone she ordered a second on my account without authorization in addition to not canceling the first order. When I called about this I had 3 different people including a supervisor act like it was no big deal their employee was ordering merchandise on my account without me even being on the phone anymore. One of them even told me "Well it’s just a few clicks they don’t need much" but never even apologize for it.

Once I finally got the issue canceled and taken care of I paid off both companies what I owed (Since they go through the same people) and told them to cancel both accounts. I was told it was done and taken care of but when I checked both accounts are still active and available to purchase through. I saw beware of any shopping sites like these, they are just 2 of the 3 giving me the most problems. (Fingerhut being the worst but that’s a whole other issue)

These companies mail you with your available credit and when you place an order they always do a hard hit on your credit report causing your score to go down. Then they inform you they cannot ship order unless you put down a deposit on the order even tho you have available credit. They shouldn't offer credit to customers.

I placed an order on 11/19 was required a 10% down payment which was no problem. A few days later before I paid, i wanted to change some items. The girl placed me on hold for 45 minutes. Did not know what she was doing. I called back and was told by another girl that my order was cancelled and to redo my order. I redid my order 11/24 and now they want 50% down. Why? the original amount was 10%.How can the amount change in 3 days? I keep messaging them and not getting any where with that. If the employee was not ignorant, I would still have my order with the changed items with a 10% downpayment. What kind of employees or business do they have?

They demand a sizeabke downpayment on an order that does not take you over their own established credit limit for you. After five years or so of an account iwth them, I should know better. But they claim they won't (in this instance) ship an air conditioner I will need untill I make nearly a hundred dollar down payment, when the thing won;t ship till next month (around the 16th) and they'll have another auto-payment by then which will clear the amount of the order making it below the new credit limit they gave me. I know I'm not making the best sense as I usually do, but I just got off the phone from one of their credit personell who was very rude and overbearing, and I got overbearing right back. Cancelled the order on the spot. But they do this a lot.
