A young lady knocked on my door telling me that if i registered with them i would save money and i would be guarantee that my bill will never go up.I had just moved in 2 months prior)
She coached me during the call and told me to just say yes to everything the associate over the phone was saying the person had an accent and spoke really fast couldn't understand what she was saying half the time)
One month later i receive a bill for $115 previous month was only $19)
I called customer service and was on hold for about an hour then finally the person over the phone explained to me the contract and told me i was being charged $3.90 per day, i filed a claim and never received a response. Had to call a month later my bill is now $230) and was told that my claim was rejected and that a supervisor will call me in 48hrs.

This is a scam and don't fall for it!!
