Sheinside.com Buyers beware!

I place a wholesale order with Sheinside.com. I ordered over $ 1200.00 worth of merchandise. Upon receipt and inspection. I found 90% of the items shipped to me were either defective, damaged or smelled of a toxic odor from the dyes and fabric they use to make their clothing. I contacted their customer service via chat on their website and via direct email. They gave me the run around several times requesting I take photographs of each single item and send a individual email for each. Are you kidding me? There's over 200 items. I have photographs of the items showing the defects, damaged clothing along with the unassembled and broken jewelry they shipped me. The jewelry they shipped to me was just thrown in the bottom of one of the boxes underneath about 30 lbs of clothing, no bubble wrap, not even a complete packing slip listed the items I ordered. After my 5th point of contact they finally responded with their California address to return the merchandise. I am stuck paying about $ 85.00 in return shipping costs for defective, damaged and toxic merchandise they sent me. I even provided them with photographs sent as proof and they just email me back the return address and a cut and paste of their return policy, stating "the customer has to pay for the return shipping. Yes I could see if a customer just doesn't like the merchandise, but if a merchant ships you defective and damaged good - the are 100% wrong and should provide the customer with prepaid return shipping labels. What's wrong with this picture? Bad business across the board.This is fraud how they are posting and listing items on their website that are definitely not what they actually ship to their customer. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. It's pathetic.This merchandise isn't even thrift shop worthy, yes it's bad. Biggest mistake I ever made was purchasing from this company. What a disgrace. Please beware of this company. Stay away shop somewhere else.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

THE MERCHANDISE IS NOT OF QUALITY AND YOU CANNOT GET ANYWHERE WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN IT. A MAJOR RUN AROUND. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE TOTALLY FRUSTRATED AND REGRET IT.

Frauds!!!

If anyone used PayPal as a guest or sign in to pay sheinside please contact them to place a claim! When they get enough claims they will close sheinside account with them. They will contact sheinside and give them 10 days to resolve the issue with you. I placed my order with this company sept 4 and today is Oct 4 and they still haven't shipped it. I am constantly put off and told wait 3-5 days at least 2 times a week for the last 3 weeks! They are frauds!! They advertise items in stock and then reply they are waiting for 1 item to ship. I canceled the back ordered item so they would ship my order and it still has shipped They also advertise 3-5 days to ship. This is false advertising and I'm checking into Internet fraud.

I made 3 orders with Sheinside. I received only one. It has been over 20days, and no responce. This company should tell its customers, that it takes over a month to receive a order. also it will take over 20 days for them to answer any inquire about any order place with this company. There very little oustomer service, if any.

Terrible wholesaler

Ordered for over 1500$ waiting for 7 weeks now, are they mad?

For the last 3 weeks they say Every day yes wait more 2-3 days

I become crazy

There are christmas clothes in there and its almost christmas

I'm not making money because of them

Its terrible

Much regret

I can cry all day about it

They dont give a f-cm about you and you bussines

Don't Listen to Other Reviews

Okay truly I can only speak from my experience not from others. I have ordered from she inside twice. They ship their items out from China, so understandably they may take longer which buyers should be able to understand. Their clothing is good quality from what I have bought but it depends on the item. The only big problem with this site is the sizing. Each time I have ordered from this site I have had to return something for it being too small so I would recommend going up a size if possible. Each time I have made a return they have refunded my money and I will continue to buy from their site. Also you can check youtube to see other people who buy from the site.

I bought a few things from this website and I have had them shipped the next day and I have gotten them quickly. Recently however I paid for a dress on september 12, 2014 and it is now October 15 and I still have not recieved my package. I emailed them about 3 weeks later to get a refund after not have recieved shipping conformation on the product, they suddenly shipped the item. Checked on the tracking it has been in the same place for about a week and I have come to terms I am probably not ever recieveing the product it has been a month now and i still havent recieved the product dont ever buy from this people straight rip off!!

RETURNED ALL 4 ITEMS HAVE YET TO BE REFUNDED

This was my 4th order with Sheinside.com. After receiving the 4 Jumpsuits and not liking any of them I shipped them back after acquiring their return information. USPS confirmed the return took place May 10, 2014. I was conversing with SheInsider on Facebook giving them the order number, tracking number, SKU numbers, etc. EVERYTHING they asked me for. All items were in their original packaging.

After a few messages back and forth their last one was this:

June 2, 2014 9:48pm

"Hi our customer service have dealt with your order, they will refund you."

Today is July 4, 2014 and I have NOT been refunded the $112.00+

They have obviously blocked me from sending them any more messages. When I try, this message appears: Message cannot be sent based on either the receivers' privacy settings or yours.

They've also made it so you cannot comment on their page any longer. In other words...keep newbies in-the-dark. I am looking into the Better Business Bureau, and it looks like they've been mentioned there already.

Seems this address: 17421 E Gale Ave #C , City of Industry, CA, USA 91748 is just a front. When I first received goods from them there was Korean language on the packaging.

I feel bad for the poor saps, like myself, who believe a company will supply the goods and if not satisfied return for a full refund.

They are criminals getting away with criminal activity!

I ordered 150 dollars in clothing plus $15 dollars for express shipping (3-5 days) I have yet to receive it almost 10 days later. I have tried to contact them over three times not one response! I have no idea how they can still be in business. If you are reading this review- be careful! Don't order from them! Also, look around on the web for other reviews- this isn't the only site that has complaints about them. STAY AWAY!

You need patience to buy from this site

I actually bought about 11 items back in September off of this site, it was my first time ordering.. it took forever to get it all, the order was split into two packages, and were received at different times, but it still all came..I was frustrated at first, but after sending a ticket to them with a question of my shipping, since the tracking link I received was not clickable, I got it all sorted out, they responded the day after I sent my question with a working tracking link, and I was told that the items were coming from china, I did not know that at first. Everything I received was exactly like it looked on the site, nothing faulty, or ripped, although some things a bit small, but I tried my best based off of their sizing charts, to get what I thought would fit, so I'm not mad, I can still wear the clothing as long as I always hang dry my clothes instead of putting them in the dryer..So just beware that your clothing is coming from over seas, so it wont get to you in a week or 2 weeks..mine took about a month I believe..or maybe a month 1/2..just forever..so just keep that in mind..all in all it was ok, it's not the best because of the wait, but ok, I just ordered from them again recently so I'm keeping my fingers crossed everything goes atleast semi smoothly

The processing takes forever and the "customer service" is a series of copied replies with the same lame excuse over and over, and in broken english. "our processing time takes 5-7 days": bull$#*!, it's been 2 weeks for me and it keeps showing "processing" in most of my items. I've been emailing them and complaining non-stop so part of my order says "shipped": again bull$#*!, there is no tracking number available so i have no idea if they shipped it and when If ever) it will arrive. Do not waste your money, i was so foolish to think that the people who write this reviews were just unlucky, no! this business has no ethics and they'll take away your money. And for what? Cheap things that maybe won't even fit you? And that apparently have terrible quality As many others say)? Finally, i'm sure they are gonna respond to this review with their automated useless messages that always say something stupid like "we value our beloved customers" "we apologize for the delay because of the chinese spring festival", "once we ship it out, we will send an email to inform you" basically the customer service is there to appease customers with excuses, not to solve their problems. Seriously people: stay away from this thieves.

Tip for consumers: just don't, don't be a fool expecting to be the exception. Their service is terrible, the "postive" reviews are either from people that have not buy anything But they are impressed by the costs) or i suspect from sheinside payed reviewers. Or maybe even the very exceptional lucky person... Trust me, it won't be you,

I had a horrible shopping experience at sheinside .com items are not n=made in usa and all asian sizing i spent 500 to paypal credit.ordered over 25 items 65% ame too small one order shipped to me i did not order anoy=ther order lost in texas i live in florida i dont know how to make aparagraoh i am a semior citizen with no computer skiil set i want to report on sheinside horible customer service. I have contacted them 15 seperate times no help placed 5 orders all have items that are too small kept what fit, one order plc3024 100.82 is marked undeliverable and stuck somewhere in texas no help from customer service will return usa items free of charge says website i ordered all items from usa website no mention they are coming from asia. wants me to pay for return shipping to california wont identify wrong order wont help retrieve lost order in texas no help with too small items i need help in returnining too small items as well as all other issues this is a nighmare i dont have a printer or camera need labels mailed to me no invoices inclosed no tags no order # had to get all info from site that freezes up merch is not like pictures flea market quality andrew from customer service was very rude ad nasty to me he told me i had to pay for my returns english is second language to them they talk in circles from scripted responses never have i had such poor customer service or worse merchandise for the price order items from ebay and amazon all the time very helpful with sizing and questions. never had a return. there on site reviews are positive but after placig all my orders from feb 11 to the 19th 2015 i found hundred of true reviews all over the internet and on utube all with similar experiences, never have i had such a nightmare shopping experience nothing is resolved next stop paypal. these people should not be in business no help no support etc what n=more can i say a living hell and no solution yet.
