I felt I was mislead by the Sheridan Labs. There was no mention of cost of this product. Once my account was debited for almost $200. I found out the cost. They said they could give me a 40% discount off the product I tried but that is the best they could do. I said okay because it was better than loosing all my money. I am not happy I want a full refund.
There was a TV advertisement about equinox Day & Night Cream. I responded online to order samples. At the time my computer froze and I consequently phoned in the order for the advertised price of $4.95. It was complete and the order mailed out to me. In about 30 days I received my bank statement for the charge of $200. I was livid and called my bank. They in turn reimbursed the funds to me and did an investigation of the charge. I later received notice from the bank that the charge which I did not agree to was legitimate. They said "you clicked on terms which were in agreement." When I explained that I did NOT click on it due to my computer freeze and a phone call. My bank ultimately reported me to checkfax and I am on the report for 7 years. I am now unable to use checks or secure new services with any bank due to this. The small sample bottles were advertised on TV and I never dreamed I would be scammed in this manner. I believe now that the bank was in on the scam due to the fact they took this course of action and refused any resolution with me. I have since seen the banks name mentioned in numerous complaints. Buyer Beware!
I had ordered equinox day/night serum along with rvtl anti age cream . i received the produts in 14 days. There was not a packing slip or order form or invoice showing the shipping chargs or company address or phone # . there was a 855-441-7914 or 877-599-2656 but when you call it rings about 5 times then disconnects.
I waited to see if I would get a invoice or something then i checked my bank , they had charged my acct for the rvtl cream $93.00 equinox $99.00 . i have since cancel my bank card so they can not keep charging my card.
I would love to be able to talk with them they were surely get a big piece of my mind.
to date i have not been able to contact anyone at Sundown Labs. how can they keep moving from town to town and no one can stop them???
For taking an online survey I was offered the opportunity to buy facial products from Sheridan labs for shipping only($4.99) there was nothing more about the company just a short desscription of the products. I recievedd my samples and admit that they seem to work somewhat. two weeks later I recieved a second set of products and checking with my credit card company Sheridan had charged my card even before they had shipped the product. No where in the packaging or paperwork was there an invoice, a telephone number, or an e-mail addresss. I have had no opportunity to talk wiith the company, there are no return directions. As luck would have it another person who wrote one of the 45 complaints against Sheridan on this site put in their phone number so tomorrrow I can do battle with them to get my money back. Any reputable company would include a phone number and e-mail address with their shipments, But Sheridan is obviously hiding from the consumer, shipping product and billing credit cards regardless of the wishes of the client. Had thier information said that I would be shipped and billed on a monthly basis, I never would have agreed to the initial shipment. I believe the phone number is 1-877-880-7726. Like the other reports I have read on here regarding Equinox/RVTL/Radiant Skin, I was totally blown away when I started to be charged for these outrageous sums of $93.00 and $98.00 so I immediately started to make phone calls, and I was told that I could returm my Equinox because at that point, I still hadn't been charged yet, they gave me an RMA # and said as long as I returned it within 30 days, I would NOT be charged and they gave me a cancellation number also.
However, the very next day their charge appeared as a pending charge in my bank account and I was not a happy camper. So much for having 30 days! Of course, the money for the RVTL had already been charged, but they assured me that my account was cancelled going forward.
After everything I have read, it appears that I am going to need to report these charges as fraudulent, and get a new credit card. Obviously this company has hit the jackpot preying on women who just want to look better!
I know that now I will never answer another ad for a "free" sample! I should have remembered that nothing is really ever free! If anyone ever has any luck getting their funds returned to them, let us all know!
I accepted a free offer for anti-wrinkle cream. I was not aware that rather than signing up to get more if i liked it i would receive full price products unless i cancelled it. No details came with the product to advise of this so i have had great difficulty trying to get information to cancel. I am still not sure if i have been successful. No contact details or bills have been recieved and as I paid postage by credit card I was not aware that i had been billed until after their cancellation period.
I APPLIED FOR A FREE SAMPLE AT THE COST OF POSTAGE ONLY AND PAID ON MY CREDIT CARD.
SAMPLE ARRIVED BUT 2 WEEKS LATER NEARLY £200 POUNDS WAS TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRACE AN EMGLAND CONNECTION FOR CONTACT AS YET AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAVE BLOCKED ANY FURTHER ACTIONS FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THEY WILL TRY TO RECLAIM MY MONIES. ONE CAN ONLY HOPE.
