Stay away from this company and all of its representatives especially Michael Ortiz. They will give you a low quote, charge your credit card and their drivers will make up different excuses why not to pick up your vehicle for about a month and then you will be baited into paying more money because a shipper isn't available for the quote that you were given. They will then find you a reliable driver but it will cost you almost double of your original cost and you will be promised a refund from managers that you will never see because after you pay the driver, they won't contact you back, put you on hold, or promise to call you back after management determines the amount of your refund. Do not waste your time and money with this company because they will scam you for more money after holding you off for about a month! There are more honest & cheaper shippers out there, don't trust those made up reviews!
