I order a D.C Power cable for Dell inspirion computer which only cost $10.91 and paid for it got a confirmation and U.P.S tracking# and a estimate deliver date of 9/26/2014.
When I track my order it stated it had been deliver to my local post office. It kept saying the same information for 3 days when finally I email the compony and the message now change that it was deliver by the local post office to my address, explain no it had not so they reply to check with my neighbors and finally said call your post office. I cannot get a refund nor the part I order and they keep insisting it was deliver and it's out of there hands, I even offer to pay for signature request for the to resend but they stop replying. A simple $10.00 item I guess they must need it badly.,
