I borrowed a $900 dollar loan from them. My wife and I were strapped on hard times the economy is impossible today. We had to get our daughter out to her Grandmothers for the summer so we can both work. I was told your loan will be in your account in one business day and your payments will be three payments of $335. I agreed. I made my payments and they called my work looking for me. I never gave them this interest but they actually did this I took the call and asked why they were calling me I paid the loan off as agreed. The call representative got a very irate attitude with me and said on page 20 something of the contract you agreed to the interest rate of 752% and that I still had something like 28 payments of $280 dollars remaining. I said this is illegal she asked if I wanted to talk to there legal department I said no I don't because obviously they are not abiding the law also. She tried to say if I don't make the payments they will take me to court and I asked for what? I then explained after telling her to be quiet and let me talk I am the customer. I however explained how ridiculous they will look in court trying to explain to a judge that he took a $900 dollar loan out from us and paid us $1,005 and the judge says and what is the issue he paid you didn't he and how ridiculous they will look trying to explain that I still owe $7,840. This is why our economy is so bad you have company's like this that pray on people in desperate times. I think it is rotten to the core. When I read that people fell into the trap and paid all the payments they asked I feel bad that they don't know they can just say "No I am not playing this game". However karma is real and they will be dealt with accordingly. The worst part is they say they are tribal and protected this is horrid to use the word "Tribal" in there scam I know people that are "Tribal" and they are good honest people and would not be a part of something like this.
Silver Cloud Financial Inc keeps sending me letters telling me I owe them money. I never borrowed any money from Silver Cloud Financial Inc. I never even heard of this company until they stole money from my checking account, prompting me to close the account and open a new one. Now I'm getting letters from another fraudulent company (National Credit Systems Inc) that claims to represent Silver Cloud Financial. I did borrow money about 3 or 4 years ago but Silver Cloud Financial was not one of the lenders, and I paid back all of those loans in full. I do not know why this company insists on trying to scam me. I have told them quite a few times that I have never borrowed from them and do not owe them any money. In the past 2 years or so they have sent me at least 4 letters stating that I owe them money. You'd think by now they'd have given up trying to scam me.
I received a loan of $700 with an APR of 795.916%. The total paid for this loan was a whooping $2,905. This transaction was done over the telephone. I was asked about my income, bank account and then informed that I qualified for $700 loan. I was not infomed of the interest rate or payment schedule. I requested that the paperwork be sent to me and received it about 3-4 weeks later.
I believe this is loan sharking! I demand a refund for their blatant disregard for the law regarding ceilings on loan rates in California.
I borrowd $300 from these guys and they're such a ripoff! I get paid every two weeks so my payments was set up every payday. After all the payments made, my payments would have came up to $2000+ they charge you with so much interests and fees it's ridicous!!! they should be arrested!
Today i called to pay it off since I have the funds and dont want to end up paying over $2000 on just a $300 loan. My first payment was $105 and the payoff amount was $370 so I ended up paying $475. So i pay $175 in d*** interests! silvercloud is a ripoff!!
