We are diamond members, the highest membership one can get. We are entitled to the Presidential and Ambassador units with their perks. I am in a wheelchair. The last 3 times we have called and made reservations, we have told them this, and told them we need at least a presidential due to it being big enough for the wheelchair and power chair. We make our reservations 2 weeks out, as they won't allow any farther out.

Four years ago, we arrive, they claim they have none available and try to put us in a regular cabin, stating they are handicap accessible. We go to the unit, go inside, the doorways inside are to small to get into the bathrooms and bedrooms. There was no room to maneuver due to the furniture. They put us in a hotel for the night til the proper unit was available.

Three years ago, the same thing happened, and this with confirming the presidential unit the day before. Again, they tried to put us in a regular cabin. After arguing and waiting for 5 hours, they gave us the proper unit.

It happened again tonight, and this time we had confirmed the day of, the day before, and the day before. They go into double talk, saying you can not reserve a unit, you are just confirming a spot. Bullshit. I am in a wheelchair, and told them. They keep bait and switching us into smaller units. We pay the extra high fees, and get bull crap. They then argue that we never specified a need for a "mobile assist" unit. What do they think "wheelchair means."

I am planning on filing criminal bait and switch charges, then civil discrimmination charges on them.

Ok so i got my free trips Only one of them am i actually going to take), through silver leaf resorts. I have a friend who dealt with silver leaf before, and i have in the passed purchased a time share with blue green, both i highly recommend... Now i have received these "free trips" in the past and i figured there was a catch somewhere, so i read the fine print. I knew i would have certain things i was responsible for. So no it's not truly free, and the reasons for the "pick a date" and they change it up on you, is they are making sure that the trip you getting does not put them out to much on costs... So if your trying to book a time that everyone else is wanting then you most likely wont get it. Your basically at the end of the line. You get what they have available that they couldn't sell. But if you go into this with that understanding, that if you take what they can give you and your paying taxes, then you can have a great time... Just plan, make sure that your able to go at anytime and you do have some costs Nothing i might add compared to paying for the whole thing your self) so know that it isn't free. It is different if your willing to pay extra or full price, to be upset about not getting the time you want.

I know silver leaf and blue green resorts have always been awesome. If this so called free isn't your idea of fun, then look into the time share. Most of it pays off in 5-10 years, and you can "will" it to your family, loan/give it away.

Through blue green The ex got it in the divorce) we booked a family reunion, for christmas, a whole week in branson for christmas. All i had to pay other then my payments was for gas to get there and food. I was out less then $1000 for everything that christmas for a vacation/reunion for my whole family. That was awesome. I can't wait to get all that silver leaf has to offer Which by the way i think is better and cheaper then blue green)... I see lots of vacations coming soon.

They called me saying that i won a cruize - they gave false sales pitch and made me buy the property . they dint tell me that i have to pay maintainance fee for lifetime . i stopped paying for 3 months cause i coundt afford it i was a student then . they reported to the credit buraue . My credit score went down by 100 points. They kept on calling thousands of times . one day when i answered they told me that they will do foreclosure an it will blow my credit score so i decided to pay again . i can still see as late payment in my credit profile and its still showing as inactive . i tried calling them manytimes they will tranfer the call from one person to another and they hung up after half an hour. i am fed up with this and i need somene to help me and clear it my credit file .

Its been less than a month and I have tried all I could to cancle or opt out of my contract. As soon as I mentioned for the first time that I wanted to opt out, no want seems to know what I mean, nor do they want to pick up the phone when I call. I have left voice mails hoping I will be called to no avail. All I have been told so far is, ""You had 5 days to opt out, now there is no way. It's like a mortgage you get on a house, sorry"" Can someone help me out there? Is it possible to do away with this? I told them I am not asking for a refund but just to opt out. Yet ""you can't"" they told me. Someone help me please.
