I would post my name in this review ,but when you are reviewing an attorney you must choose your words carefully. I settled a case the settlement check was sent to this lawyer. Who told me I would have to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the check he recieved to clear and for him to cut me a check. In this banking age checks clear in a matter of days I was told by my bank . After fighting back and forth with him I got my check in 5 days. After asking other people I know who settled cases with other attorneys the most they waited is 3 days for there attorney to cut them a check.
What was the worse is the day of trial he sent one of his other lawyers in his office, who I had never met. Who in my opinion not prepaired for my case. In other words, he was using my settlement check to pay other things which is unethical. I am sure if I was represented by someone else the monatary value of my case would have been a lot more. My advise is shop around for lawyers before you choose. Dont make the same mistake I did.
