Sinless Vapor Reviews

  • Apr 10, 2014

Below is an email I attempted to send to Sinless Vapor, however my email was bounced back even though I had tried to reply to the email I have received from them. My email pretty much says it all. I am grateful that I had gotten online to look at their website first and when I googled saw all the scam reports and my husband and I both cancelled our debit cards so they would not have active debit card information when we called them so they were unable to Bill us or deduct from our accounts any further. All they got from us was the $4.95 shipping and handling amount from our initial order. I'm so glad I read those reports first and took that step because when I called them they were going to instantly charge me $99.95. Now they were unable to.

Sinless Vapor: I can't begin to tell you how incredibly disappointed I am, having now felt completely scammed by your company. They say word is mouth is the best marketing, I am always quick to say when I've gotten a great deal and great customer service. But when I receive a nonworking item and I call to get an RMA number I'm told I can't. After arguing with a very rude man for over 5 minutes, being told I cant return it yet he intends to charge me $99.95 for the non working item I get quite upset. You say you offer a 12 day trial, yet more than half of that 12 days it takes just to get delivery.

My husband and I had both ordered one of your starter kit 12 day trial. We both received them today. We both tried ours just to find that parts of both of ours don't work. Within a half hour we knew it wasn't going to work so we both called to cancel any further service and to get the RMA number, dealing with two different customer service reps. The woman that my husband talk to gave him an RMA number after arguing for quite a while. I however did not get an RMA number feom the man I talked to you because he said it can't be returned opened, my husband was not told that so we wont be returning his with the RMA number given.

They are both defective so they will go in the trash instead. You advertise a 12 day trial and if you're not wanting to keep it to return within the 12 days. How can you try it if you don't open it. If you honestly don't expect people to open it you are miss advertising, that is not a trial offer at all as you cant open it without committing to purchase. When I got online to find a telephone number to call and see if this cpuld be remedied, I couldn't remember the website I ordered off of, so I searched ""Sinless Vapor"".

To my surprise numerous sites come up first talking about how your company is a scam and how many people have been scammed by this already. I was disgusted at that point and definitely knew I would be calling to get my RMA number. Luckily I had read some of the complaints before I called and took a very good suggestion from one of the complaints by disabling our debit cards prior to calling so we could not be scammed out of any more money if the situation was not remedied. The man on the phone told me I could not return it because it was opened and the only thing he could do for me was offered a 30 percent discount off of the $99.95 price that you intended to charge in the first place without being very open about it. (The woman my husband spoke to offered a 50% discount, not very consistent).

The terms and conditions were not even displayed on the page where you fill out to purchase but I searched around and found it buried in the website (which is a different URL from what I ordered from) and I did read it when I got my product and it didn't work. I was incredibly disappointed to see that I was going to have to pay a restocking fee for my trial period. You really try to scam people out of money attempting various tactics. However now without being authorized to send it back I will not be restocking. Nor will I be paying for the item that does not work. We will simply throw them away and write this off as a learning lesson.

You will not get another dime from us but if you want to try to bill us or if you attempt to send either of us to collections or to report this on our credit history in any way we are fully prepared to and able to take this to civil litigation and with all of the other complaints filed we could possibly start a class action suit, if there isn't one already. What you are doing to people is wrong and karma will catch up with you. I see multiple people have already decided to take this to the Attorney General and to the Better Business Bureau so it's going to catch up to you. -------- Original message -------- From: [email protected]
