There was an offer for a "Free Trial Sample" for two products "Skin Logic" and "Eyetensive", that I registered for and of course paid shipping. The samples were mine to try. There was no disclosures that you are signing up for reoccurring products at the cost of $86.95 and 89.95. Once the charges were posted to my account, I immediately called to cancel their scam of charging me for products that were not ordered. Then came the undaunting efforts to get my money refunded. First, ithe representiave "Ana" ID # 1246202. said she was a supervisor and she could give me 15% of my money back...after I refused (because I want a full refund) Ana went to 25%, 30%, and then 50%. After refusing all offers because I did not agree to the products. Ana then said, well if you return the products (remember this is the "Free Trial Sample") we will give me 100% (which take 4-6 weeks to process) of my money back. I informed her the samples were mine to keep and Ana's response was that was not a sample but the real product. I asked Ana if this company was in business to misrepresentation of the products and services....she could not answer. Next I asked to speak to her Manager, and she informed me she was the the supervisor above her manager.....strange, I thought it was the other way around. Next she hung up on me. I called back and amazing ended right back with her, (in an organization full of representatives) I thought that was pretty incredible. However, Ana said we are going round in circles with this situation...I asked if you the liberty as a supervisor to authorize a 50% refund...then why not the full 100%. Again, she hung up on me. I called back for a third time and was fortunate to reach Ben ID # 1246224, who amazingly sat near, if not next to, Ana. Because I didn't even have to verifiy my account information because he was aware of my intention to get a refund. Tomorrow I will attempt to deal with the Bank about those charges...Oh Boy! Sorry about the length of this report but had to add some humor at this time of year. This is not a "Free Trail Sample" but a scam to charge for products not order and in hopes that you (consumer) go away from getting your money back...P.S. I think customer service is a call center outside the US.

I authorized this company to send me FREE trial samples of their products, paying only the shipping and handling. When I received my bank statement, I discovered that they charged me full price for the two products!

I ordered free trial offers of Eyetensive and Skinlogic and I was charged only for the shipping but without my knowledge, I was enrolled in an auto ship program to the tune of almost $200 per month ($92.90 for Eyetensive and $94.90 for Skinlogic). I called and was able to cancel the auto ship on both items and learned that shipments for both had been mailed 6/17/15. I tried to call back twice to actually talk to Customer Service to see if I could get an authorization to return number once the shipments arrive and each time that I got through to a person, it would automatically hang up on me. I'm furious! This tells me that when my shipments arrive and I try to call for a return number, I won't be able to get through to customer service at the number listed as 888-959-6072 (the number that was listed on my bank statement for Skinlogic) and 888-589-8874 (the number that was listed on my bacnk statement for Eyetensive). The other number I found on the web is 405-905-7546. I did not use a credit card for this transaction -- I used my bank debit card.

The ad offers a free trial. Therefore when I received the two bottles, I assumed that was their trial size. Oh no. It was the actual product And I was billed 89.95 for each (2 SAMPLES) within days and no notice of a monthly automatic billing. in fact no information at all included with the shipment. I understand now after researching this company that all of the terms are in small print on the FREE sample info on the Internet. You must cancel within 14 days or they enroll you in automatic monthly shipments. There is no contact information included with the original shipment or the second shipment I received. I found them just as they found me, on the Internet. How can you cancel,if you have mo contact information? Now that i found them I plan to cancel.

I ordered the FREE TRIAL of Eyetensive and Skinlogic, paid the shipping and handling and waited for the products to arrive- have not received them yet. Then I read a "ripoff"report and so I called the customer service department to cancel the order. I was told that I was still within the 14 day period to cancel, given and authorization #s for both products and then told I had to pay to ship them back- even if I did not open, use or otherwise tamper with the package. othing FREE about this, and when I asked to speak to another supervisor they hung up on me.

I would NEVER order from them or recommend them to anyone else- RIPOFF

Product is advertised as free trial, you pay only $5.95 and $4.95 for shipping only. Ther is no information about signing up for monsly shipment or $38.45 cost for each product if you receive your FREE product and do not want to return it!

To return it, you have to pay shipping cost AGAIN!

Lesson learned.

I also have experienced what the others have stated. I finally got a hold of someone in customer service and got the order cancelled (even though I never order anything but the free samples). After reading what others have said I won't even try for a refund and will chalk up the expense as a lesson learned.

As a Television New Journalist, I look for products to remain youthful. I was interested in the Skin Logic & Eyetensive. Once I received the product there was about 1/4 teaspoon of the product in each container which cost $86 dollars and some change and the Eye Serum was about 85 dollars.

This was a free 14 day risk free trial. I saw absolutely no difference. It felt like someone had just put generic hand lotion in a bottle with their product name label.

I called to return the product and they refused to give me an address or return item number. I found the address and still returned their "Sorry" product.

Skin Logic & Eyetensive refused to cancel my order and kept hitting my account on multiple occassions. I have since got rid of my bank card associated with this company.

WARNING...This company has questionable business practices and I would steer away from ever trying their products!

I ordered the trial size of the Skin Logic and Eyetensive products. They came and I hadn't even got to try them when I noticed 2 deductions from my checking account for $89. each. I tried to find a way to get in touch with the company but no such luck. Since I live on a small amount of social security, this really hurt me and I had to borrow money from a friend to cover what they took out. I just want my money back. I cannot afford this type of rip off.

Skin Logic pulled the same scam on me that others have been complaining about. My incident happened May 11, 2015. I took a survey, and at the end it said I qualified to try their skin cream with "natural" ingredients for just shipping at $4.95. I received an email stating that I agreed to have automatic renewals every month. I called and was told I could keep the cream, and only be charged $38.71 and cancel my subscription. I was charged that amount, and nw I am told by the company I have 14 days to send it back and get my money refunded. I will be filing a report with the BBB about them, but, some lawyer should start a class action lawsuit against them and put them out of business.

I saw an advertisement and was interested in trying out skinlogic and eyetensive creams. The charge was $5.95 for each. I then realized they have my credit card and wanted a one time only try for these products. I then tried to cancel my order and couldn't so they then charged me an extra $38.71 for each product. Not only do I not want to try the product but I can't even contact anyone to try to return it and get my money back.

Company claimed 14 day trial. I was only suppose to pay for shipping. They charged full amount 3 days after I reiceived product. They told me that the trial started from the day that I ordered it. I didn't not receive product until a week and a half after the order. I fought with the company but was only able to receive 50% of my money back. They didn't care about customer service.

I ordered a sample of skin care lotion which was stated to be free, paying only 4.95 for shipping and handling. They enrolled me in an auto send program which sends a new jar every two months and charges 94.90 for the jar. And back-charges 94.00 for the first jar. This is totally a rip-off.

  • Apr 17, 2015

This ad on the web is a complete fraud. You order the samiles of skin logic and eyetastic care products for 5.00 each. The following month you are billed 94.90 for each of same size of the samples. Called every number the website provided and got the same results....none. letting my bank handle it and I have contacted my attorney. I hope they will be shut down completely. I was shocked at all the complaints I read about this so called business. Do not order from this company. They will take your money and You will spend a overwhelming amount of time trying to get a refund. I have learned my lesson!

  • Mar 28, 2015

This all started when I saw a link for free firming cream and I clickerd on that link and in that process I was taken to screens for ordering the "FREE" trial, not their actual website, March 3rd I found an offer for a free 1 month supply of firming face moisterizer, while on my phone, and I submitted the info to get it, when checking out a window poped up and told me I needed to get eyetensive too now I clicked the little x in the corner to close the pop-up and not get it, but after submitting what I believed was an order for just the creme it tells me I just ordered both (which I didn't). I contacted my bank and tried to cancel the purchase but I was told I had to let it post. Then after searching I finally found a name and phone number to call so I did and they told me I didn't have an account there, to try again later, so I did two more times days later and was told I still didn't have an account and not to worry!

Today(3/27/15) I looked at my card statement and I saw that on March 23 I was charged $86.95 for Eyetensify( Which I didn't even order in the first palce) and $89.95 for skinlogistiics. I called them again and asked for my money back and they told me I had 14 days to opt out and cancel my account and I din't(I guess the accounts they told I didn't have) or I would get billed for the total amount, as it stated on the website, but I told them I had never even seen their website, just the pages to get my info, I told them I had tried 3 times to cancel and that I was told I didn't have an account. Kinda makes it very difficult to cancle when they won't even acknowledge I even had an account!! Today the rep told me I had 14 days to cancel as it was posted on the website and she offered me 15% refund to which I replied I wanted my whole amounts returned, after some squabbling back and forth she then told me she could offer 35% refund, and I told her I still wanted my complete money back, offering to return the "product" she then told me she could give me 50% refund but no more, so I said ok I would just deal with my bank and I did but the bank said they had to go by the companies policies and could do nothing. When I actually found the website today it didn't even have the products I had received listed

I was cheated first involving the second item which I do NOT order(closed out) with both a processing fee and a charge of $86.95

I was charged for the "free" item both in processing and a charge of $89.95

Since I didn't even have an account I had no way to cancel (which I tried to do initally due to bogus charge)

Nowhere on the pages that I saw was any price mentioned or any terms of agreement shown

I was told the card was only to be used for processing charges only

  • Mar 12, 2015

There was no insert with the product as to what exactly is in the bottle, the moisturizer has no instructions on how to use on the bottle and theeyeintensive was suppose to be for the eyes but in that bottle it states to use on face & neck

It was a free 30 day trial, you pay

4.95 shipping only. They charged me 38.95 right off the bat!, customer service is overseas they won't give you the ca number or even the united states. The fda needs ro inspect this facility and test the products to see the actual ingredients.

False advertising for anfree product

False advertising what you get in the mail a switch n bait

I ordered some skin cream for my wife and after NOT receiving the product AND being charged twice, I decided to call the company. Spoke with several CSR's from " Santa Ana, California" though I'm sure they were in an international call center (i.e. Philippines).

The first CSR said that the phone line had static. The second "accidentally" disconnected the call. The third went to get a manager and apparently fell in a hole as he never returned to the phone. The fourth and final CSR that I spoke with informed me that he would credit me 15% of the total order as compensation and when I refused, he offered me a 50% refund on the spot or 100% if I returned the product that I never received...huh? They shouldn't be allowed to use the word "logic" in their company name with that line of thinking.

I explained that I never received the product and his reply was that the company could not guarantee safe delivery and that I would be out the money charged. The CSR actually claimed that I THE CUSTOMER was responsible for safe delivery of their product...OUTRAGEOUS!! I promptly hung up and called my bank to refute the charges (including the $4.95 "trial" fee).

This is clearly a shady company...not worth the time and/or energy to deal with them. STAY AWAY...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I ordered a facial firming cream by Skin Logic and an eye cream for reducing lines and wrinkles - Eyetensive from my phone on the Internet. Trial for each was $4.95. Less than a month later, I received the second set of each product before I received my credit card statement. When I received my cc statement, I was charged $94.90 (facial cream) and $92.90 (eye cream). These are tiny containers with probably less than 1 oz product in each. Of course, they do not work. There was no accompanying information about how to stop enrollment or no telephone number to call. No website either. Product was mailed from Santa Ana, CA, the location listed with charge on credit card was Irvine, CA, and the product label for the eye cream lists Fountain Valley, CA. No information is on the facial cream. I don't know how to stop them sending the product and me being charged. I returned the last shipment and marked "Refused Delivery". I will bet I will be charged again for it when I get my next credit card statement. Do NOT fall for this scam!

What appeared to be a reasonable $4.95 trial size of a facial moisturizer turned into a $89.95 charge on my MasterCard, one that was not disputable. I'm a fairly savy internet consumer, and do not remember being warned that if I did not cancel services within 14 days, I would be charged for a "subscription" in the amount of $89.95. I have an alert on my MCard to notify me of purchases, so I immediately contacted MCard when I saw this amount being charged, and disputed it. I contacted the vendor by phone and they had a very easy automatic "cancellation" process that one can do by keying in number from the phone keypad. Never even reached a representative. Of course, it was too late to obtain a refund. In the dispute process, MCard rec'd a very well documented 8-page rebuttal to my dispute, one that included the paragraph regarding the 14-day trial period, and information about my "agreement" with the terms. I'm not saying that I did not agree, but I maintain that I did not "knowingly" agree. I believe that this company possibly earns more via this scenario than in shipping product. Most likely the last time I will order a sample from a vendor that I'm not extremely familiar with (from past favorable experience). Wasn't surprised to see others blogging about this company! Beware!

I ordered a jar of moisturizer for 4.99. Was not aware that this was a free trial with a continued subscription and definitely did not see the true price. It was hidden somewhere in the fine print. I received a next jar one month after with a charge of 94.90 to my credit card. I have no intention of using the product. I found no difference from a dollar store skin cream.

I called the company promising to return at my own shipping cost but they would not accept. They offer a 30% discount but I do not think I should be charged $54 for something I would not use.

When I called again and entered my phone number the automated attendant stated that my account is now cancelled and the call is ended. They had my money and had no more use for me.

I wish the Consumer Agencies in this country will work to make these types of transactions more transparent to the unsuspecting purchaser. It does more harm to the honest companies that add value to the economy. The few companies that use misleading tactics like these are allowed to get away with it.

I am going to try disputing with my Credit Card company. What a waste of time and resources but that's how these companies thrive because people do not want to go through the trouble of going through the hassles.

I found two charges on my credit card in the amounts of $92.90 and $94.90 from Skin Logic of Fountain Valley, CA.

I have never ordered merchandise from this company. I would never pay such exorbitant amounts for skin care products.

I filed a dispute with my credit card carrier, then, several days later, I actually received the items for which I had been billed. The products were mailed from 3760 W Mcfadden Ave, Suite B602, Santa Ana, CA. The phone number that was shown on my credit card bill is 888-959-6072.

First, they had advertised on the internet that they had a $4.99 trial of this firming face moisturizer. i did read in fine print that the next month it would cost me $80 something. So of course i did try it since it was so cheap and planned to just cancel for the next month. i called to cancel and it goes straight to a recording saying that ur card will be charged another $38!!! so they have a cancellation fee without telling you OR letting you talk to a REAL peNOT FALL FOR IT! They are bad ppl that just scamming others!!! rson to reason with them that they should maybe put that out there instead of surprising you with a cancellation fee. i was so mad. called my bank and cancelled my account. the bank is still fighting them to put in a dispute. b/c i cant get ahold of a real person!! and they have this advertised under MANYYYYY internet sites. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! They are bad ppl that just scam others!

  • Nov 10, 2014

When I used their website to purchase a freee sample, it immediately took me to advertising for a second product. I didn't wnat a second so I closed out the website without providing the usual confirmation that legitimate websites ask for. Then to my surprise, I received the first product that was advertised.

Nor did I receive the usual "confirmation of purchase" email.

As complained by another purchaser on this site, there was no invoice or other contact information in the package. Nor can I locate a website for the company on the internet. When searching for it, the web jumps to a similarly named spa in another state. Also to other websites for similar type products.

Will file a complaint with my credit card company and hope for the best.
