We hired Skylight Transportation Inc to move 4 trucks from Tampa, FL to LA, CA on the 11th of June 2014. We we told the trucks should be delivered in about 5-7 days from that date. We never heard anything about the delivery so we called Yenni Lopez the owner of Skylight and he informed us that his driver has fallen of the truck and he need a few days to get things in order.
We agreed to let him do that another week goes by and nothing other than the trucks are in Texas and will be delivered soon. Fast forward to July 12th after too many lies and stories to recount we hired some one to finally pick up our Trucks from his house in Homestead, FL 2,775 miles from where they were supposed to be delivered. we paid Mr Lopez $5400.00 which he refuses to give back and there was a flat tire on one of the trucks that has 8 miles on it??? Mr Lopez is a common petty thief and should not be trusted with anything of value.
We asked Mr. Lopez to deliver the trucks to a friend in Miami and he refused so we had to hire another trucking company to go to his home and retrieve our property on July 12 th. He cost us money on interest we paid for the vehicles and additional money to pick up our property. totaling $10,000 in losses.
