Ordered sofa and two upholstered chairs. One chair arrived damaged, so movers did not even get off truck, returning item immediately.

Total confusion from seller. Didn't even know piece returned. After multiple phone calls, promised a new piece was "being made" at factory. After waiting many months, seller didn't have any clue that the piece had even been returned.

I asked for refund. The allege sending check to Bank of America account--but that account had been closed. They swear BOA has money. BOA swears they don't accept $$ without an active account.

i'm out $500. Screw Morgan Wilson and this Bull**** company. FRAUD!!!!!!

InteriorMark LLC --Sofas and Sectionals

After finding the sectional I wanted specifically to fit my home, and to accomadate that I was having surgery and needed to be accessable to my family and comfortable. I asked very specific questions when placing my order to make sure that it had all the components I wanted and needed,,And Placed the order only to have to change my order because they took my order for something they did not have , I asked the same exact questions to make sure this sectional also had the same reclining pieces that were discussed before..And was assured that it had same pieces and layout ..It just was in not my preferred color and I had to pay additional money ..which I did ,,But they also did not submit the payments we discussed and held up my bank accounts ,,while waiting for them to complete..

I finally got the furniture 6 weeks later only for it to have a broken frame on 1 end,, and missing a reclining seat ,plus one of the heated seats did not work..I called immediatly and was assured a repairman would fix broken frame and fix heated seat ,,as far as misssing recliner they tried charging me an additional $500 for a seperate recliner ,,which I did not do..They sent a seperate recliner which was not what I had invisioned for my living room ,,but was trying to be cooperative..It came and did not match the sectional that I have and I still tried to cooperate with the company.

The repairman came to the house 3 times-- weeks apart each time not having the parts needed to make the repairs ,,Only for the last time he left to now have the additional problem that both heated seats were not working and the recliners now randomly open and close on their own without any warning,,They get stuck open in random positions..

After working with Eric Taylor for most of the year I was assigned to Shara Williams who assured me this would be replaced and resolved once and for all..Only to then be told now I was now to be contacted by Eric that Shara was on another case..which Eric never responded to my calls Shara wont respond to calls or emails.I have a year of notes and emails that this company just makes promises to resolve and its just a stalling tatict..Not only do I not have my dream living room and have had to postpone my surgery,,But I have a couch that is a fire hazard .I have been extremly patient in trying to work with this company only for them to take money for a lemon couch and now put my home and family at risk.

On June 13, 2014, I ordered a sectional sofa made by Palliser from Sofas and Sectionals.com. My order consisted of a sofa component (seats 3), a loveseat component (seats 2), and a corner curve. I discussed extensively with the sales representative Rob Slayden by phone how I wanted the sectional configured. Shortly after placing the order, I received an email of the sales order. It correctly described the order I placed and the configuration I wanted – LHF loveseat, RHF sofa, corner curve.

On July 29, I received an email from Shara Williams, whose signature block indicated she was the customer service manager for Interiormark, LLC, advising that my order would be completed the 2nd week of August and shipped soon after. She asked that I review my sales order, and let her know of any issues. I again stated the configuration I wanted, and asked that she review my order to ensure what was being made conformed with that configuration. She replied on August 18 that my email got into her spam folder and she did not see it and that what had been made and shipped might not be what I ordered. She asked that I accept the order and she would work with me to return any incorrect components.

I received the order on August 22. The sofa and loveseat components were the reverse of what I ordered. Per Shara's instructions, that day I contacted Shara to advise her of the delivery of the incorrect components. Shara advised that she had opened a “case” on my matter and would work towards resolution. Over the next month I exchanged a number of emails and phone calls with Shara, and when she was out of the office, other staff. My sense is that Interiormark is playing rope-a-dope with me and trying to outlast my will on this matter. I believe they have no intention of resolving the matter and exchanging the incorrect components for the proper ones. I am stuck with components that don't work the way I intended and with a company that does not stand behind its customers to simply deliver what they ordered.

It appears that Interiormark LLC is the parent company, operating a number of market-segment focused web sites such as bedroomfurniturespot.com, curiocabinetspot.com, entertainmentcenterspot.com, fireplacespot.com, sofasandsectionals.com, theaterseatstore.com, and officefurniturespot.com. I would be very wary of placing an order thru any of these web sites. In my experience, the company will not resolve their errors.
