I ordered some luggage tags and a Nessie ladle in early April. They said the ladle would not ship until May. I figured they would ship the luggage tags first and the ladle later. The luggage tags never came. After a month I emailed them, they said that the order as delayed due to the ladle being out of stock. They also said it was back in stock and would ship soon. 2 more weeks went by and I asked them for a refund so I could take my business else where. They never responded. I ended up having to do a charge back on my credit card.
