As I have now seen since completing research on soleshoppers.com, this company will take your money. On 6 April, I ordered $198 boots for my wife for her birthday and they did not show up. I called and was only allowed to leave a message. No one called me back. I sent emails to their customer service address and no replies. I have had no contact from this company except from when they let me know that my payment went through. They are at a PO Box so I am unable to approach them in person. This company has a history of doing this and I urge others to take our experiences and not buy from sole shoppers.

Soleshoppers - no boots, no refund
I ordered boots online from Soleshoppers and they never came so I emailed several times
and got an automated message saying someone would get back to me in 24
hours, but they didn't. Then I called & they said they would give
me a full refund but they didn't.
