This place is a rip off-I DID order a pair of shoes, not sure of the quality yet...I will update once I receive them. They offer a TON of coupons, some with restrictions, many without...however, they don't honor ANY of them-so it really doesn't matter!
They told me this coupon I had expired June 8, 2014-when the site CLEARLY stated it expired 7/1/14. I had an hour long conversation with a Rep, she clearly had no interest in helping. I advised her I WAS going to complain, she didn't care. I posted a comment on their Facebook page and they IMMEDIATELY removed it--clearly they know they are HORRIBLE!!
I have the entire conversation with the rep copied...MORE than willing to share it--her bottom line was ... "Can't help you"...
