Not sure where to start on this. Our "problem" started around the 1st of November. We went into Banners Plus to talk to someone about designing a desert flag. We worked with the gal (Sonja, I presume) and designed one. She had us come back the next week to see a sample of the flag. Came back, and she didn't have it done. Tomorrow, she said. Came back the next day; not done. We lived out of town, so this was a big inconvenience to us. Finally, it was done, and we placed an order for several flags. I had mentioned I needed them by Christmas; no problem, she said. She said they would be done around the 10th or 11th. I told her we would be in town on the 15th of December. We decided to give her a couple extra days, and did not go into town until the 17th. THEY WERE NOT DONE! AGAIN! They were out being sewen. I told her if they were not done by Friday, the 19th, she could cancel the order. This was unacceptable! Through all of this, they had our phone number but never received a call. Well, you guessed it, I went in Friday, and her response was SHE canceled the order because they "ruined" them (the person who was to be sewing them). Again, never received a call. I'm beginning to wonder if she even finished the order and if she even sent them in to be sewn. I should have read the review on Facebook first. The review was almost exactly like my circumstance. The customer service was horrible! I don't even know how they are even in business. Now, I'm out the Christmas gifts because of her lack of completing the work.
