This place is a rip off becuase the gym teacher Phillip Sahagun hits his students so much that he injurs them. I was hit very badly I could not train anymore. This family refused to give me a refund. Then I told them to kick rocks and confronted them for abusing all the 6-year-olds in the class. Especially a little girl everyone knows that got abused from Phillip. Juaquin and Gina (phillips parents) said they would take me to court if I continue to talk about this abusive issue as well as many many many other ones that was made from him to minors as young as 5! I can not believe these thieves would try to take me to court for talking about the abuse their sicko mental case son does to kids. As well as not giving me a refund for breaking my arm!. These people are crooks. The drama that goes on there too. Juaquin sexually harrasses the gym girls. It is so bad at that gym. I sure hope that one day Phillip gets what he deserves. No one touches a minor especially a little 6-year-old. So sick! This guy needs to go to jail.
This rip off report is to alert anyone that SCMA Philip Sahagun abuses minors! I am a former student as well as my child. He assualted me twice with a wooden staff and wooden paddle. This caused for me to break my foot. I was unable to remain in calss because he hit me and caused injury. He told me that I can not get a refund. He owes me 3 months of paid tuition. HE also stepped on and kicked my child. I can not get a police report becuase the Costa Mesa Police department said that since it is a Martail Arts studio, they can not file a report on SCMA. This place has abused me and my child and will not give us a refund. This gym coach hits us so bad that we can not train. His family said if I speak about this abuse Philip Sahagun has done, they will take me to court. It is obvious that they are afraid and know that their son abuses kids and are hiding it. There is so many disturbing stories about him abusing kids. This place is disgusting. The dad sexual harrases the females and his son thinks he ca nhit on any mother regardless if she is married. Creepy place and this guy needs to be arrested. Child Protective Services needs to come here already. If you can help me get CPS involved please cotnact me.
