South Coast Mitsubishi Reviews

These people have made this car buying experience pretty damn crappy I have to say. I've never walked out of a dealership (with a car mind you) full blown crying.

The whole process took a week or so. I contacted them right after selling my old car and from the get go I had to initiate ALL communication, at some points being left hanging for two days straight. This seemed very strange to me considering you usually can't get dealerships to leave you alone once they have your info. But, I wanted a particular car so I kept trying...

Long story short, in the end after I had already given them my $4k down payment, they shoved papers in front of me at signing that stated $1,000 more than what the STICKER price was!!!! I was already being extremely generous by giving them the sticker price cost. I needed a car fast, and if it had been up to me I would have had the car within the first 24 hours of seeing it.

When I asked them what that number was doing on my paperwork they said "oh, the car you wanted was coming from Cerritos, this one is from Victorville, the original one is no longer available and Victorville is charging US more."

They knew I was desperate for a car and they bait and switched me at the last minute. I was furious, but my hands were tied because I needed a car yesterday, and these guys had been jerking me around all week. I have less then stellar credit and they preyed on my desperation.

The manager (Eric) was telling me, quote " if I were making any money on the deal I would help you." That's damn rich right there!!! How insulting can you be??!

Mind you they had told me this car had been driven all the way from " Victorville" two days prior, and it wasn't a car that was on their lot.

Guess what I discovered the next morning? I remember when I first came in to look at their white mitsubishi outlander sport they had advertised in autotrader, I looked in the center console and there were two business cards and some old sweet and low packets.

Looked in there this morning, sweet and low...it's the same freakin car that's been on their lot this entire time!!!!!

I don't know how these people sleep at night. Spare yourself the disrespect.
