I asked for Arbitration as it states i can do in my contract with RAC. When I informed them , they became upset and began harrassment. They said they Didnt care I was filing arbitration , they were going to start legsl action. It started with them continual calling while i was in College classes. I informed them several times to stop calling me during school. One time They told me to go straight home Now to pick uptheir things. I said No , I am in class and then i need to go to work. They told me I had to go home before work and cut my class or br late for work. Thats when i sent a letter to Arbitration asking for a hearing.
A few days later the Manager called and said He would not accept anymore payments from me and he was going to file in court knowing full well i had sent a letter to Arbitration. Other employees keep calling and continual knocks and flyers on door. One time they stayed at my door knocking for half hour while i was at work scaring my young daughter.
