Long story short, after 1 m onth I quit using service. Deleted my photo's, profile, etc. Didn't see how to cancel service, just delete profile when the renew time came around, so I did that as well. When I seen the $80 some odd dollar renewal fee, I contacted them and got an automated response. I'm not going to do a chargeback via my CC company to get the $80 back. I make over $200K a year so $80 isn't a big deal, it's the principle ...and the reason I'm going to bad mouth them on 20 plus websites. You don't take money from someone that isn't using your service and doesn't want to use your service unless you're a crook. I have a personal problem with companies representing themselves as being "Christian" ripping people off. They should call themselves the Jimmy Swagart Dating service, would be more appropriate.
This is the worse site have ever been a part of. Too many fakes on their site, and they take advantage of people, and when people want to leave and get a refund for unused time they refuse and try to keep you locked in like a abusive partner. They obviously don't know anything about relationships. This is just a big scam like the penny auction sites. They use a lot of marketing to trick people into agreements for things they don't want. They know their product is complete crap and this is why they force people to stay in and pay.
