Don't buy from these people it is nothing but a scam .thought itwas a trial only but then they keep sending things and take monies from your bank and don't tell you about it .BEE warned don't get involved
Stupidly, I ordered a free trial this tooth whitening stuff that was supposed to work sooooo well. All I had to do was pay $4.51 for shipping. So i did. Too good to be true? Yup. I cancelled after the 8 day mark, like I was supposed to if I didn't want anything more then the free trial. By the time I cancelled they had already billed me an additional:
Nov 19 $109.41
Nov 13 $4.51 (extra one)
Nov 12 $1.20
Nov 12 $1.20
When I cancelled everything with them, it was made very clearly that I did not want any further products from them. They had agreed that it was all cancelled, and that I would not be sent anything further or billed. I went onto the website to make sure my account was cancelled, which it confirmed it was.
Then on Dec 19 I noticed a charge of: $37.74 VSS WHITE was taken from my account. Then again on Dec 22 a charge of $122.81 DENTAL PRO AT HOME was taken from my account.
This "free trial" has now cost me a grand total of $281.38
I have sent several emails to these companies and they refuse to return my money, even saying that I don't have a current account with them.
I am a single mom of two and this money that was STOLEN from me has caused payments of mine to bounce (NSF) and subsequently I have incurred several NSF fees of $45.00 because of this stupid company.
All I want is my money back and for this company to not be able to steal any more money from me. I can't afford anymore of this. I used my Debit Visa card. So this money is coming directly out of my bank account.
Someone please help me get my money back please :)
Good advertisement on the internet. Applied for a "free" sample of teeth cleaning gel. Credit card given to pay for postage. The gel does not live up to expectations, the "pencil" applicator is very flimsy, all have disintegrated. Now I am billed $105 per month automatically. Cannot reach www.sparkwhitening.com by e-mail to cancel my "free" samples. Had to contact my credit card company to cancel payment.
They Stole! where r the police? Where r the vigilantes, to take them down. They steal from there Mother's!!!
They stole $94.31 out of my bank account on two seperate ocassions! I hope others will read this and stay away from ""sparkwhitening"" They r a conplete scam, when I called to say they had made a mistake, I only got the oppertunity to cancel from a automated ansering service.
