The purpose of this internet pet products business is only to rip off people. I ordered a dog collar for a toy breed dog in a specific color difficult to find. They sent a Giant size collar. When I returned it, I was told to choose another color because the color I desired was no longer available and they do not give refunds. Additionally, I was told, it was my fault the collar did not fit because that is the size I ordered. Not true, and they send the most incrediably rude emails. They kept my $40. This happened 1 year ago. Anything I want is suddenly out of stock. I think the whole web site is just a way of getting people's money.
At the time I ordered, there was a statement online that their customer service number was temporarly not working. Well it has been 1 year and their customer service number is still not working. They probably had it disconnected because they could not handle all the complaints.
