I have been trying to play flag football for this leage "Columbus Flag Football club" on meetup.com and at first the payments would not be accepted and the CEO said it will be fixed. 6 months later I received an email that there is a coed flag football league on wed at 6pm that will start on June 10th 2015. Once I had paid $69 for the league on april 21st I was waiting. On June 2nd I had received an email that the league is being delayed and will start on June 17th. So I was still ok with it. But I only signed up for the league because I love football and the time of 6pm is very convinient for me and that was the only reasons I had signed up for this league.
On June 15th I received another email from Ryan organizer saying that I am secheduled to play at 8pm instead of 6pm!! If this was showed on the ad in the beginning that the league starts at 8pm I would never sign up. So 8pm would not work for me because I have to go to sleep by 10pm to wake up early next morning that is why I signed up because the ad said 6pm!! So I had requested a refund from Ryan and he refused to give the money back because he said it is a league and the time varies. This was never mentioned in the ad that the time will vary. I would recommend not to do business with Sportsmonster and columbus flag football club because the do not do fair honest business.
