For no reason they cancelled our ride. I made many attempts to re-schedule it but it was cancelled every time due to bad weather.
Their customer service is the worst I've come across. They talk rudely, put you on long hold and redirect the calls to non-functional numbers to get rid of the call.
They refused to refund my money.
I had booked the ride for my uncle and aunt but after so many failed attempts to re-schedule it, they are no longer interested in it.
