I had started a 14 day free trial for a video game "Final Fantasy 14 A Realm Reborn" on my laptop. I played it for a little while and decided I enjoyed the game enough to purchase it for another system since it was a cross platform game and you could access the characters from multiple devices.

Once I had made the purchase for my Playstation 4 system I played on it for a while as well. The next day I was sitting at a reciever "I am a professional driver" waiting to be unloaded and I decided that I would boot my laptop up and kill some time by playing the game. I recieved and error when trying to log in that stated the following.

"Your account information does not match and active subscription please log in to MogStation and verify your account information"

I then proceeded to log in to the aforementioned website and it showed that my subscription was active for my Playstation 4. I then tried to contact SquareEnix to find out why my account was not working on the PC anymore. They told me that because I had purchased the copy for the PS4 that I now had to purchase a full version of the game for PC to continue playing even though I still had 13 days left on my free trial for the PC version.

So Basicly they are punishing me for purchasing a full copy for another system by not allowing me to continue my trial on the PC.

I am very upset about this as I believe it is terrible customer service to revoke a privilage after purchasing another version of their product and I will not be doing buisness with them again.
