He signs contracts, makes promises, takes your money and never finishes the job.
Stay away from him. He will keep making up excuses & big sad stories...only leading you on. Watch out!
He is now demanding more money to finish job (even though final work order was signed and paid), and he will not give boat back unless I give him more money. Over $100,000.
I had a Survey done before the job and a Survey after. A.M.S. Florida Surveyor submitted report back confirming the work Richard Allen reported complete & paid for - was never done.
Not sure if him demanding more money & keeping boat hostage falls under fraud or extortion?? but he is doing it.
My boat still not done after $6000 it looks horrible. Has anyone ever got his sailboat fixed???? Oh and they won't take credit cards. I wonder why. I wrote him a check and not even few minutes later he was cashing in.
