I worked for Standard Screen Printing for 2 and a half years. Afters years of verbal abuse and a hostile work enviroment I left. My boss Jeff Saxby and his daughter in law Abby Shaddle decided to not pay me and attempt to hack into my personal e-mail and facebook account. The actually succeeded on hacking in to my co-workers personal account and she can't retrieve her information as they are deleting her personal information.
They are refusing to pay me my wages, commission, bonus, and will not pay me my accrued PTO. I have also found out they have not paid into my retirement plan that they were suppose to be matching since we have started it. I have all of the documentation on what I am owed and they still refuse.
I had to work off the clock and come in whenever they would call to take care of something. Anytime one of my orders was paid for in cash he would pocket the money and I was out my commission.
A week after a gave birth to my daughter I returned to work to try to keep up on my orders so I didn't get the harrasing phone calls on my where abouts. I returned full time when she was only four weeks old.
I was called fat a** and a big eshia on a dailey bases. When I was nursing I was not given an area to pump that was sanitary or separate from the employees bathroom. I would be hasseled if I was in there pumping for more than 5 minutes so I finally gave that up when my daughter was 3 months old as I couldn't keep up.
I finally left the company because I could no longer take walking out of there crying on a dailey bases and now he won't pay me.
He also will not offer his customers any type of quality customer care on their orders. His moto is there is always more out there they can deal with it. Even if he was the one in the wrong. I strongly reccomend never using this company for your screen printing or Embroidery. Check them out on the BBB.
I fully intend to pursue this with a lawyer but felt people should know what type of crook he is. He has so many different business names because he doesn't want to correct his mistakes so he keeps changing his name and all his employees have DBA's they work under which I am pretty sure are not registered with the IRS.
