In late August I bought two IOS source codes and two reskin packages from Start App Yard. On the website, it says average turnaround for reskins is seven days. It's now been two and a half weeks and I have not even gotten an email response, much less the services I paid for. One of the source codes downloaded fine. the other link was broken. Four hundred dollars was supposed to buy two source codes and two reskins, instead all I got was one source code and no reskins. I have emailed multiple times, posted on their website and Facebook and have gotten no response. It is very frustrating and disheartening to be stolen from in this manner. I tried to give the company every opportunity to make this right but I have gotten zero response so tomorrow I will be contacting my ban to find out how I file fraud charges and get my money back. Most unprofessional thing that's ever happened to me. What a shame.
