I had my car insurance with State Farm for nearly 2 years. I was in a car accident back in March of this year 2015. Severe damages were done to the passenger side of my car. The person in question was parked in front of a liquor store, when she backed out rapidly she hit my car. The insurance took care of the repair damages. A month and a half so later, I was driving my car I stopped at a red light as was about to pull of my car stalled, I got it to the side of the street got out my transmission fluids had run out. I took my car to AAMCO and they checked my transmission and said that the axle or rod in the transmission was split into and they said it was do, to the accident but State Farm say, it was not and can not give a reason for why the axle or rod split into. AAMCO are specialist when it come to Transmission. My point is State Farm was suppose to cover the cost for that damage, it was part of the accident. I have drop them as my car insurance carriage.

In 2014 Murfreeboro,Tennessee, State Farm Insurance Headquarters’s did a survey and decided that their employees where being paid more money than the national average. In the past this was a company who encourage the employees to get their licenses, etc to exceed and climb corporate ladder.
Starting August 2015 employees paid checks will see the first deduction over the survey amounts.
Example:
If the Level before survey paid 25,000.00 and then survey said it should be 20,000.00. There is a 5,000.00 difference. In 2015, 2,500.00 would be recalculated from pay check and employee would receive 22,500.00 per 2015. Then in 2016 the next 2,500.00 would be recalculated, leaving the employee making 20,000.00 per year instead of original 25,000.00 per year.
Is this illegal? It is mortally illegal.
State Farm is not dealing fairly with their policy holders or customers, now they are targeting their employees.

How much did the survey cost? More or less than taking money from employees?
Please do not say for employees to start looking for another job. How about State Farm doing the right thing and not take employees hard earn money.

I faithfully pay my auto insurance premiums to State Farm every month. I submitted a supplemental claim and they refuse to pay the claim. This is a valid claim. There is no good reason for State Farm to deny my claim. Initially the adjuster tried to say that the damage w as on the wrong side of the vehicle. Then when I called him on that he tried to say that there w as not enough wheel damage for this to be the same accident. He is a liar. I have had two different experienced auto service technicians tell me that I am correct. The original service person admitted that they did not check the suspension during the first repair. When I asked about an appeal they said there is none. They also promised to send out an adjuster within 48 hours and it took them 5 days to get one out there. They should also reimburse me for the additional cost of my car rental costs. I would also like to complain about their customer service. When I called in for assistance I was passed around three times and then put on hold for 20 minutes. I was then hung up on. That is very rude and bad business practices. I suggest that you do not purchase auto insurance from State Farm and if you have their insurance then shop around. There are better companies at lower prices.
